never again
This was the first time i ever had to give such a review first off the beds were comfortable, but it went down hill after that we sat in the rain 2 hours because a email that i have confirmation for never reached them therefore we were not allowed on property, it took us over and hour to get a response from the host and she stated it was my fault and, mind you that same night there were multiple cars being turned away for the same problem, then once we reached the house the house was very out dated, and the owner was a ghost to any concerns you may have had., we could not open the freezer to the fridge without the handle breaking off , the pipe came a loose under the sink and i was cooking and all of a sudden the floor and my feet were soaking wet there was no extra toilet paper trash bags or complimentary nothing you better had gone to store before check in if you had to use the rest room, the game room is a joke the pool sticks were broken and there was very little for any child to do. She had a hot tub that had to be heated 5 days before you arrive if you wanted it heated a pool man cleaned the pool 1 day that we were there and we stayed 5 days with children in and out the pool so imagine what that looked like ,we did not even have a net to clean it ourselves. The kitchen was a hot mess the utensils were ok but if you have a big family bring your own pots and pans and dish towels and pot holders my advice pick another house you will be disappointed,
