Simple apartment house "Limette". In the hamlet La Ciaccia 4 km from the centre of Valledoria, 50 m from the sea. In the house: washing machine (for shared use). Public parking on the road. Supermarket, bar, café 500 m, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach 400 m. Nearby attractions: Badesi 13 km, Castelsardo 14 km. Please note: car recommended.
"Limette 1", 2-room apartment 50 m2, on the ground floor. Very simple furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed and TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom, without window. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, freezer). Shower/bidet/WC. No heating option. Small terrace. Barbecue (portable). Very beautiful view of the sea. IT090079C2000Q2808

Un village un peu triste

Un village sans grands intérêts situé dans un secteur un peu triste de l'île. Prix de la location un peu élevé compte tenu de ce qui précède. Véhicule nécessaire.

Einfach ist Ok, aber leicht lieblos

Als Unterkunft mit sehr wenig Anspruch reicht es aus. Schränke nicht benutzbar, da muffiger Geruch, diverse Steckdosen defekt. Küchenherd eine Flamme defekt. Vorgarten fehlt etwas Liebe. Da unterer Bereich dadurch eingeschränkter Meerblick. Man sollte sich die Beschreibung sehr gut durchlesen, Kies und Fels - Strand steil abfallend. Um vor der Unterkunft an den Strand zu gelangen muss man einen recht steilen Weg heruntergehen. Ansonsten ruhige Lage, Supermarkt 5 min. zu Fuß.

Bei unserer Ankunft war es sehr kühl in den Räumen (Ende Mai). Daran mussten wir uns erst gewöhnen, was im Hochsommer aber ein grosser Pluspunkt sein dürfte. Bei Fragen und Problemen stand der Kundendienst umgehend zur Verfügung und alles wurde alsbald in Ordnung gebracht. Die Lage über dem Meer ist fantastisch. Zum Strand muss man allerdings einen kleinen Pfad hinuntersteigen und einige kleinere Hindernisse überwinden. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft all jenen, die es gerne einfach haben.

Super Lage

Die Wohnung besticht durch ihre Toplage mit unverstelltem Blick, direkt oberhalb des Meeres. Sonnenuntergänge vom feinsten garantiert. Sie war sauber und mit dem nötigsten eingerichtet. Waschmaschine hat funktioniert. Gestört hat der muffige unangenehme Geruch, vor allem im Schlafzimmer, das keine Fenster hat und somit Lüften nur über die Zimmertüre erfolgen kann. Der Sitzplatz vor der Wohnung ist für 4 Personen fast etwas beengt. Alles in allem überwiegt der positive Eindruck.
