Beautiful modern 2 room apartment on a stud in Lower Franconia in a very scenic location, but still easily accessible via the A7 - bookable with or without your own horse.

Living / dining room with sofa bed (140 x 200) and smart TV and mini kitchen with 2 hot plates, microwave with hot air and grill, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, Bodum coffee maker / French press system (alternatively Senseo coffee pad machine or Nespresso capsule machine),

Conveniently located 4 km from the A7, 9 km to Hammelburg (oldest wine town in Franconia), 15 km to Bad Kissingen (historical state bath).
A well-behaved dog is also welcome.

Einfach Ruhe !

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage und Umgebung, viele Wandermöglichkeiten. Auf dem Anwesen selbst unterschiedliche Möglichkeiten, sich zurückzuziehen. Mehr etwas für Menschen, die gerade nur Erholung benötigen.

Super Ferienwohnung für einen entspannten Urlaub.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gepflegt und erfüllt somit jegliche Wünsche für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung dient als sehr guter Ausgangspunkt um diverse Städte mit dem Auto zu erreichen oder um einfach in die Natur zu gehen, wodurch die Ferienwohnung auch sehr attraktiv für einen Urlaub mit Hund ist. Alles in allem können wir die Wohnung absolut weiterempfehlen und werden sicherlich noch einen weiteren Urlaub dort verbringen.

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung für den Urlaub mit einem agilen Hund! Vollständig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung von der man aus gleich zu einem Hundespaziergang starten kann. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin!

Sehr gepflegte und voll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung auf unglaublich sauberem und ordentlichem Gestüt/Anwesen. Sehr freundliche Vermieter und Angestellte. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und waren nicht das letzte Mal in Hammelburg.

Modern, gepflegt, ruhig

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Schulkinder) wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt. Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet, mit sehr guter Küchenausstattung. Die Schlafcouch ist für 2 Personen sehr komfortabel. Alles war picobello sauber. Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Tür. Rundum ist die Wohnung ihren Preis wert. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!
