2441 Square foot Home only 11 Miles from Augusta National. It is conveniently located close to dinning and stores but outside the big city. This area is where everyone wants to live in Augusta. Its beautiful, safe, and clean. The house has 4 Bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with a large living area and plenty of entertainment. Screened in back patio with wood burning fireplace and completely fenced in back yard. Pets are welcome. The kitchen has everything you need to stay in and cook. There are a total of 6 TVs and all have access to you tube TV, Paramount +,Disney Plus, and Max. Name brand mattresses make comfortable beds. Great sidewalks and multiple parks for kids right up the block. Publix, Starbucks, and Anytime Fitness are 5 minutes up the road. Wildwood State Park is 11 miles away. There are 2 cameras outside overwatching the front and back doors only. Save 10% on stays over 7 days, 14 days save 20%, 44% on stays over 28 days! House had a bad smell that family and visitors noticed. I contacted owner who responded quickly. They sent a maintenance crew who placed air fresheners around. It cleared up by the last day of our visit. Also, the cold air returns were dusty and one had cobwebs. The beds were very comfortable and the kids loved all the games.

Amazing Masters Location

This place had absolutely everything we needed for our Masters stay. It was perfect for our group of 4. Close to Augusta and easy to get into. Ray was responsive to everything we needed, would highly recommend staying here.

This is our second stay at this property and both times we have enjoyed our stay. The property is well kept and updated. Loved the new games added to the garage. Will definitely stay again.

Home away from home.

This is a lovely home, perfect for families. We enjoyed all the fun games and friendliness of the neighborhood. Ray was extremely accommodating when we extended our stay by an extra day.

Wonderful time

We had a wonderful time spent with family. Ray responded so quickly to any questions. The home was great! Plenty of room for everyone and very comfortable. The weather was awful but having all of the indoor games was invaluable for entertaining the kids. Thank you for a great stay!

Family Travels

We traveled to this area for a children’s sports event. Great location to access restaurants and nearby stores. The house was perfect for our family needs. Beds were very comfortable. The children absolutely loved the gaming areas provided. Highly recommended!!

My family and I stayed at this property for a weekend and it was great. The kids loved the games and had a blast. The home was clean and had everything you would need for a stay. The beds were very comfortable and linens as well. We would recommend this property 100%!

Disc Golf Tournament

Ray's place was fantastic yet again. clean, comfy, games, great neighborhood, near food and Publix as well. Ray is very communicative and responds very quickly if you have any questions as well. We stayed here last year, and then this year, we will do it again next year if the dates are available.

This was truly an enjoyable stay. The home was spic and span as far as cleanliness was concerned. EVERYONE appreciated the comfortable mattresses and pillows on the beds as well. We all had a ball with the games already set up for entertainment. We would most certainly stay again and recommend anyone else to do so!

You won’t be disappointed

Our group of four golfers had ample space in this modern four bedroom home. Everything was clean and new. There were arcade games to play during downtime and plenty of TVs with YouTube. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet.

Great Local VRBO

We had a big Fourth of July week with family from Louisiana, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Atlanta and Grovetown. Our house can’t hold them all so we chose this close by home for the overflow. We had adults, teens and kids. EVERYONE had fun. This home was sparkling clean and really well stocked. The host was very easy to communicate with and accommodating to a couple of special requests. The teens enjoyed the games. The adults enjoyed all the space. We will definitely use this house again when extended family comes to visit!

I travel as part of my career and that puts me in rental properties about 9-10 months out of the year. Being the case, I’ve seen it all when it comes to these properties. Ray has got it completely right with this property. Extremely well stocked throughout the entire house. I needed for absolutely nothing. Very comfortable furniture and beds. Nice appliances. Great screened in patio with fireplace and a grill and an outdoor tv. Entertainment wise…..forget about it!

Clean, comfortable property in a great location

Our stay at Ray’s property was great! Ray was very responsive when we had to edit our dates and for any questions we had. The house is exactly as described on the listing. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The kitchen was well stocked and perfect for a short or long stay. We had a dog with us and the large fenced in back yard was great! The community as a whole was nice and family friendly. There are sidewalks and walking trails nearby where my mom was able to take her dog for a long walk. There is a shopping center about 10 minutes away with a Publix, coffee shop, postal store, and other businesses. Go to the Ironwood Tavern for good food and drinks, we went several times during our trip ;) We would 100% stay at Ray’s house again the next time we’re back in Evans!

This house is clean and has comfortable amenities. It gets cleaned professionally between each guest and has everything you need if you stay in more than you go out. There are TVs in each bedroom and I have the fastest internet available for you. The TVs have access to YouTube TV, HBO Max, and Disney Plus. The TV in the living room also has surround sound. The living room also has an electrical fireplace and a very comfortable recliner. The neighborhood is great, has zero crime, and well kept up. Currently the home has an outdoor grill, cooler, and seating. Entertainment items include corn hole, 2 arcades, foosball, Skee Ball, and an air hockey table. You won’t want to leave.
