My wife and I purchased this apartment in 2021 as a getaway place to relax and enjoy all that downtown Paducah has to offer without having to drive anywhere.

We invite you to enjoy our downtown apartment located in historic downtown Paducah. 2 story walk up. The living area is a spacious place to relax and kickback boosting a 2 bed and 2 bath apartment with 1500 square feet. The apartment is located within walking distance to local shops, gym, coffee shops, restaurants, art galleries, museums, Carson Center and much more.

The master bedroom features a skylight and a new king Casper mattress hybrid with adjoining shower/tub bathroom.

The second guest bedroom features a new queen memory foam mattress with skylight and adjoining shower bathroom with walk-in closet.

Amenities include dishwasher, washer and dryer, stove, refrigerator, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, pot coffee maker, central heat and air, kitchen utensils, cookware, dishes, towels, linen, hairdryer, iron, Wifi, dvd player, and complimentary coffee supplies.

No pets allowed

Check-in is 3:00 p.m.

Check-out is 10:00 a.m.

Honor Noise Rules. Quiet time is 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. We want all of our guest to be respectful of neighbors and shall keep noise to a minimum.
Respect towels and sheets. Makeup/foundation, face medication/creams, and tanning products will stain sheets and/ or towels.
There will be an additional charge of $200 for smoking per day if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered after the guests check out.

Beautiful and clean in downtown Paducah

Spacious beautiful two bedroom apartment with huge kitchen/living area. Host is organized and accommodating; last minute changes were no problem. Light switches were labeled, linens were soft, beds are comfy, hangers in the huge closets, home is BEAUTIFUL! Attention to details is obvious throughout the home.

Great place to stay in Paducah

It was a very clean and modern apartment (love the exposed brick and it’s proximity to all things downtown Paducah). Jeri is great. We had the best experience while we were in town for a friend’s wedding.

Setting the Standard

This is one of the nicest, cleanest, easiest experiences of a vacation rental we’ve ever had. The owners, are so thoughtful and hospitable and have thought of every little detail to make the experience very relaxing and wonderful. looking and check in were so easy and the unit is gorgeous, impeccably clean, well appointed, and beautifully decorated. The layout and amenities are perfect, and extremely comfortable. everything was accessible and easy to find and well thought out. You absolutely cannot beat the location with an easy walk to all of the downtown shops, restaurants, and attractions. This property absolutely sets the standard that all vacation rental should aspire to be.

Great location!

This is a great apartment in a fabulous location for visiting Paducah's art scene. We were within 4 blocks of everything we wanted to do. If we come back to Paducah, I will definitely stay here again.

Downtown Gem

Downtown Paducah over a weekend is quaint, vibrant, and interesting for a tourist. Staying right on top of it all is relaxing. You can walk to the museums, walk to the restaurants, walk to the riverfront, walk to all of the shops close to your stay. The flat is well-appointed, clean, with a nice urban industrial feel. The beds were comfortable and each en-suite was clean, stocked, and well designed. The sectional in the living room and the large windows were perfect together. The flat oozed comfort in a new millennium manner.

A gem in Paducah

Convenient to all the best restaurants, gift shops, The Pour Room-Candle bar, the riverfront, all while surrounded by beautiful landscaping of downtown. The condo feels city but is also very cozy and sound. It felt clean and fresh and has great natural light. The bedrooms have no windows but both include skylights which is amazing for rainy nights, and you can hear the church clock bells every morning. Owners are great on communication and extremely easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

Nicely update unit. Great area to stay as we walked to all downtown shops, restaurants, and attractions . Owner was available for any questions. We would recommend to others and will book again when staying in the area..

Excellent downtown location

Absolutely lovely downtown apartment, spacious, clean, and comfortable . So nice to have a snack and water waiting after a long drive in. Nestled off of street side so our stay was quiet. Easy walking distance to riverfront and nightlife. We loved every moment of our stay.

Paducah Getaway

My sister and I recently stayed in this beautiful apartment in downtown Paducah. The apartment was beautiful and very modern. Kitchen had all the newest appliances and the bedrooms were well appointed. We loved the inside old brick wall with lots of windows. Access was easy and there were tons is restaurants ya and sites within walking distance. We would definitely stay again. PS The managers/owners were quick ti respond ti any questions we had.
