3 stars. This is a new build and provided a place to sleep, but the quality and comfort were very basic. It was one of the less expensive options in the area, so expectations should be reasonable. The biggest issue was the beds. Everyone outside the master bedroom found them very uncomfortable, with several people able to feel the box springs. The master bed only had two pillows. We also had concerns about the twin-bed linens: one guest found hairs in the bed, while another bed smelled like sweat or urine. There were no extra sheets or blankets, and the only blanket we found in a closet did not appear clean. There were exactly six bath towels for six guests, with no extras. The master bathroom towels were tucked into separate vanity drawers and difficult to find. There were no extra towels for wrapping hair. The kitchen was minimally equipped, and some cookware had visibly worn nonstick coating. The showerheads also had significant hard-water buildup despite the home being new.Noise was another issue. The neighboring home is extremely close, and we could hear the neighbor coughing, moving around, and their dog barking at night. The plumbing was also extremely loud; from the living area, a shower sounded like a TV.Guests are also expected to start laundry and take out the trash despite paying a cleaning fee.Overall, it's fine for an inexpensive place to sleep, but I wouldn't choose it for a longer stay. It's functional, but not particularly comfortable or inviting.
