The hosts were very communicative. They answered all of my questions prior to arrival, as well as being quick to respond to us during our stay. They also left an easy to follow guide for us with instructions on checkout, along with suggestions of things to do while we were in Gatlinburg!
It was a wonderful experience. I absolutely loved the cabin, and my family and I enjoyed every moment to the fullest. The hosts were always available to help with even the smallest questions or concerns. It was the best end of the year of our lives. For anyone reading this, don’t hesitate to rent this place.
The place looks just like the pictures everything was nice, beds were comfortable, game room was a success and the balcony was nice to sit out to enjoy some fresh air, we also had some visitors come by we got lots of pictures and videos of the bear and cubs so overall yes our stay was wonderful and would definitely recommend
We loved this mountain home! Beautiful, well kept, property with all the amenities needed. Property manager went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We were even greeted by a bear, by the deck, our first morning
Beautiful drive up the mountain to the cabin. The furniture was comfortable in both sitting areas, however the basement bedrooms did get a little too warm. We did see a bear on our way out roaming someone else's driveway.
We had a wonderful stay! The cabin was so clean and exactly as listed. Communication was efficient and pleasant. We will stay here again and highly recommend.
This cabin is just as described, peaceful, clean and spacious. The location was great for exploring the National Park without getting tangled in the Gatlinburg traffic. It has a tricky driveway, so stay near the red fence when pulling in and out. We enjoyed our stay very much!
We booked as a last minute getaway! We had great communication with owners. Loved the location and the cabin. Our boys enjoyed the arcade games. Plenty of room to spread out. Will stay again.

Could've been better
Checking in was terrible. We had to wait. The cleaners were still cleaning when we got there. I would assume you know you have a family coming in at a certain time, it would be done way before they get there.. The house itself was nice but sleeping at night was terrible. I felt like I was sweating all night? I'm not sure if it was the humidity or a plastic sheet underneath fitted sheet. Speaking of sheets. I checked all the beds, as I always do, and they all looked like they were still the same ones that someone had slept in. So I washed all the sheets on every bed before we used the beds. Also, the towels, they all smelled old and as if they weren't washed with soap.
Close to Gatlinburg but out of the crowds and into nature
Family gathering planned to introduce a third generation to Gatlinburg and the GSMNP. This property was up off of Ski Mountain Road and a pretty straight shot to get to town. It was nestled in the trees and from the living area on the fists floor you felt like you were in a treehouse. With a large deck strapping 2 daises of the house , that feeling continued. It was a great place to relax. With bedrooms - 1 on main, one upstairs in a loft and two off the lower family room with free standing video games. It meant that we could be together but not on top of each other. Struggled as limited silverware and we had a party of 8 so I’d buffer yourself with plastic utensils. I’d suggest byo papertowels (roll had 8) TP ( didn’t need) ; dish soap- bottle empty, dishwasher tabs and laundry soap as not provided Supply your own toiletries and bar soap. We liked the location and the cabin in general but found an overall lack of cleanliness. Our 7 yo granddaughter commented on the dusty/dirty air Ben in the lower 1/2 of the kitchen wall. Left a list of areas of concern on guest form from the owner. I expected skiffs etc from luggage but there were dirty areas in the walls around common switches and bathroom blinds and baseboards pretty dirty in master room. Light to light steps at night were not working. Not easy property if any mobility problem - 10 steps down from parking to house and then internal flights to all but master BR. We had free bear entertainment 2 of the 4 days!
Everything was exactly as advertised! The cabin was very clean. We cooked a meal one night and had plenty of cooking utensils available. I was very pleased with our stay
Surprise for our daughter graduating medical school
The cabin was great, the driveway was a little hard to get in and out of. It's in an convenient location to all attractions we wanted to visit. We even saw a mother bear with 3 cubs at the bottom of the deck.
