This pretty holiday home is located in a quiet residential area in Denia with sea views. Two large terraces, one of them covered and the large private pool invite you to sunbathe and have a glass of wine in the evening.

The completely fenced property offers two car parking spaces and the 120 sqm accommodation. A staircase leads to the living area, which is connected to three bedrooms, a full bath and another bathroom with toilet and shower. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge-freezer, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine. In the living room there is a fireplace, satellite TV and WiFi. Innenausstattung

Super empfang,leider sind die Möbel sehr abgenutzt(z.B. Stühle) Sofa ist sehr defekt. Matratzen sind noch sehr gut. Geschirr müsste man mal vervollstänigen(z.b. keine Kelle vorhanden). Sonnenschirm war leider auch nicht da. aber im Ganzen muss ich sagen das ich dieses Objekt weiterempfehlen kann(wir sind viel Essen gegangen und verbrachten viel zeit am Strand). Zum übernachten und spass am pool reicht es voll auf.

La piscina lo mejor

La piscina y las vistas lo mejor. La casa necesita una reforma en profundidad. Ahora, el coste de 15€ por el servicio de sabanas y toallas por persona, cuando te ponen una bajera y la funda de un nórdico…, creo que es excesivo. Después me dieron otras sábanas, pero de arriba no había y algunas estaban manchadas de pintura.
