Villa Eboracum is a recently renovated property located in a commanding position within the Monte Pego urbanisation, a mountainside development of luxury villas just ten minutes by car from the seaside town and regional gourmet capital of Denia. The villa enjoys stunning views across the mountains, sea and the Marjal Wetlands natural park. The sunsets have to be seen to be believed!

The AP7 motorway is just a few minutes drive away making the journey time to both Alicante and Valencia International Airports just an hour and ten minutes.

We are happy to provide an extra daily/midweek/weekly cleaning service should you require it at an extra cost.

Villa Eboracum serves as a fantastic base for exploring the Marina Alta region. Some of the jewels of the Costa Blanca including Javea, Moraira and Denia are just a short drive away, offering visitors an array of attractions and activities.

Stayed in this excellent villa in May 2025. Good communication with owners, villa was very clean and had everything you need for a great holiday. It is in a quiet villa complex and a car is definitely required.

Great few because it’s high on a mountain. Not that far from the beach. You can see the sea from the pooldeck. Beautiful house with everything you need. Comfortabel beds. The host Greg is really helpfull.

The villa was amazing, we had a warm friendly welcome from Greg, he explained everything, and gave us a tour to familiarise ourselves with the surroundings, and contact numbers where provided should we have any problems, luckily we didn't need them.The pool was really beautiful with breath taking views of the sea and mountains. All the equipment in the villa was to a very high standard, it was homely and well stocked with the essentials that you might need.You definitely need a car to get out and about, but we loved the area and there were plenty of amenities close by once we found them.We would not hesitate in recommending the villa to family and friends

Great Villa with great Hosts and owners

We had a superb stay at the Villa! During booking Agata was very helpful and fast with her responds, thanks for this. The Villa as such has a beautifil view to the sea, is located in a quiet area of Monte Pego. The house is fully equipped, AC works fine. All is very clean and modern and spacious. Evenings on the terrace sitting next to the pool will give us remarkable memories. Last but not least there is Greg and Thomas who served us so well like we never expirienced before! If it was an extra bed linen, extra umbrella, small damage or restaurant tipps :-) Would like to come back!!!

Just book it!

Just come back from a lovely stay at Agata's amazing villa in Monte Pego. We were met by the lovely Greg and Thomas, who look after the property for Agata. They were both so welcoming and were contactable throughout our stay. The villa itself was perfect, spotlessly clean and had everything we could possibly need. The pool was so good, perfect. The newly floored patio was big enough for all of us to enjoy the sun and the villa was lovely and air con cool during a heatwave. Please book this villa with confidence, you will be pleasantly surprised at how good it is, we will definitly be back! Our thanks to Agata, Thomas and Greg

Just what the Doc ordered!

Honestly this villa was PERFECTION! From start to finish, booking was easy with a prompt acceptance and helpful info from Agata, to kind communication from Thomas throughout and Thomas leaving us essentials, with indulgent beverages when we arrived on Sunday as nothing was opened. Truely, this type of extra detail is everything. The villa is purpose built so the layout was ideal, spacious living room, dining section, great kitchen with everything you need, comfy beds and 2 bathrooms, gas BBQ and the super comfortable dining sofa area outside to enjoy all meals throughout the day with the most magical sunsets and views. The only downside was the holiday was too short!!We cannot thank you enough, we most definitely will be returning. Thank you again for everything.

Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub und wahrscheinlich das schönste Objekt, was wir je gemietet haben. Es war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Einrichtung und Utensilien hochwertig und die Betten sehr bequem.Die Aussicht ist einfach grandios.Gute Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten in direkter Umgebung (man muss aber mobil sein).Der Empfang war herzlich und Greg war für jegliche Fragen/Anmerkungen direkt erreichbar. Het huis was perfect. Heel schoon en compleet ingericht. Fijne bedden, goede badkamers en keuken. Het ligt op een plek met een prachtig uitzicht. Greg was een super gastvrije beheerder. Hij reageerde altijd direct op elke vraag van ons. Een heel lief welkomstpakketje stond klaar.We voelden ons zeer welkom in dit mooie huis. We hadden helaas veel regen en op de berg bleven de wolken vaak hangen. Bovendien staat het huis op het noorden, waardoor in de winter maar kort zon in de tuin is. Maar gelukkig is het huis super comfortabel en door verwarming, airco en palletkachel heel warm te maken in de winterperiode.

La atención de la reserva, excepcional. Agata y Greg.no tardaban ni diez minutos en contestarnos a nuestras preguntas. La vivienda se encuentra en un paraje natural, con vistas al valle y al mar.El interior súper comfortable, Cuenta con todo lo necesario. El salón muy amplio y cómodo, así como las demás estancias. Muy a valorar el aire acondicionado, y las mosquiteras. La piscina de diez. Sin duda de las mejores casas que hemos estado., se agradece el detalle de bienvenida. Resumiendo super recomendable. Fantastisch

Die Unterkunft war wirklich ein Traum. Sie hat ein tolle Lage und einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer ( das Haus ist auf einem Berg)Greg unser Ansprechpartner war immer greifbar und hat innerhalb weniger Minuten auf eine Frage geantwortet. Das Haus war sehr Sauber und ordentlich und hat alles was man braucht. Der Pool war auch super sauber und gepflegt. Die Pumpe läuft fast durchgängig und 2 mal in der Woche wird er morgens gereinigt. Er wird auch sehr tief, was unsere Tochter sehr erfreut hat. Vom Beckenrand springen fand sie toll ( auch der Papa könnte dies problemlos).Ich kann das Haus wirklich zu 100% empfehlen.Anmerkung: Eine Anmerkung habe ich allerdings noch: Es wäre wirklich ratsam, dass man ein Bild von der Einfahrt rein macht. Diese ist leider sehr steil zum Haus runter. Wer als ein tieferes Auto hat, würde sich hier alles kaputt machen Ansonsten danke für den schönen Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen diese absolut weiter

Schönes Haus mit wunderbarem Ausblick

Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, alles da, was man benötigt und mehr. Die beiden Verwalter Greg und Thomas waren toll. Der Pool ist sehr schön, der Ausblick hervorragend. Einzig die Betten sind ein bisschen hart aber auch hier haben Greg und Thomas sofort mit einem Topper ausgeholfen - wunderbar.
