La casa está a poca distancia de Universal Studios Hollywood, Beverly Hills, LA TINTA, The Grove, el mercado del granjero, centro de Los Ángeles, Hollywood Sign, Observatorio Griffith, Jim Henson de marionetas de estudio, CBS Studios, Hollywood Bowl, Los Ángeles y el Museo Getty, muelle de Santa Mónica , West Hollywood gateway, Venecia y la playa de Malibu.

Overall, it was a positive experience. Frank was very responsive and polite. Unfortunately, the place was not properly cleaned upon arrival. However, Frank arranged a cleaner as soon as possible.

Perfect home and location!

This home was perfect for my stay after recovering from surgery. Ralph’s grocery was only 1 block away. Walking distance to many places to eat as well as the Walk of Fame! Frank was easy to get a hold of and communicated well with any of our needs! Thank you Frank!

Nice location

This property is on a quiet street in West Hollywood and is conveniently located near shopping and sights. The host is great and is quick to respond to any situation that arises. The house is furnished with high-end furnishings. The kitchen is small but functional. We especially like the private off-street parking and the hedge that surrounds the property. We would stay here again.

The host with the most

It’s incredibly hard to find a host that will offer great customer service and put his guest first. If we needed anything Frank was a phone call away. We extended our stay for another 30 days. We will definitely be back.

Christmas in Hollywood

This is our third visit at Frank's home, and once again it was wonderful. It has always been one of the cleanest rentals we've stayed in, and the location can't be beat. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials for cooking and serving, which we did on Christmas Eve. Frank is always just minutes away via text or email, even when he is out of the country! You can depend on a great place to stay at a reasonable price with Frank's home. We'll be back!

Well located quiet bungalow in the middle of Hollywood

We enjoyed our stay at this large, centrally located Hollywood home. Frank was great to work with and made check-in/out painless. There's a driveway for your car inside a gated/fenced property. It was a very pleasant surprise to arrive late in the evening in December and see the flat's holiday decorations. The master bed was very comfortable and I appreciated the curtains on the window that provided light control! The shower has delightful water pressure. Frank has provided everything we could need including washer/dryer, iron, blow dryer, plenty of towels and extra blankets. There's a grocery store within walking distance as well as restaurants. The historic Hollywood walk of fame and Grauman's Chinese theater are within .5 miles. The kitchen is well stocked with nice appliances but could use a little sprucing up to match the rest of the house. Though it was too cold and wet while we were visiting, there is a lovely outdoor seating area to enjoy socal weather. I would stay here again.

Franks place in West Hollywood is true to the photos and description posted on Vrbo. More importantly, his prompt responses to questions and needed assistance were much appreciated. Very comfy king bed in master and good use of space and flow of traffic.

Bellissima casa, ottima posizione

La casa è bellissima, proprio come nella descrizione. Molto spaziosa, due camere ampie, ogni camera ha il suo bagno, entrambi i bagni con doccia, salone ampio, zona pranzo ampia, cucina ampia e ben attrezzata. Il titolare Frank è gentilissimo e davvero molto disponibile. La posizione è fantastica, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla walk of fame, vicinissimo a tutto, supermercati, ristoranti, distributori. Pur essendo vicino alla parte centrale di Hollywood la zona è molto tranquilla e poco rumorosa . Consigliatissimo a tutte le famiglie.

Perfect place and host

From the moment we booked to arrival and departure the experience was perfect. The house was exactly as described in the description and was clean and inviting. Frank kept in constant communication throughout the process. My only comment would be that the pictures in the description to not do this property justice. It's a lot bigger and brighter than it looks with the parking off road and gated. We will be booking again for sure. Thank you Frank.

Great Location!

We had a wonderful stay at Frank's property. The location is perfect!! Very short drive to Universal Studios. Walking distance to the Chinese Theater, two grocery stores, and many restaurants. The house is well equipped. Frank is very helpful and respond to my questions quickly before our trip.

Clean an Quit good neighborhood

Great stay place is clean fully loaded with everything a house needs. The owner was great also. In the middle of all main Hollywood attractions. I will be requesting this house first every time I come to Southern California.

Great space

Our family of 4 really enjoyed this charming property. It is nicely decorated and has all the amenities including soft, fluffy towels! Frank was super helpful in getting us checked in, showing us where to park, etc. He even left 2 sets of keys, which was perfect for our group. There were two Ralph's supermarkets within walking distance, and plenty of restaurants. Despite being in Hollywood, the streets nearby were quiet so we had no trouble sleeping at night. The air conditioning worked great and the beds were comfortable. I highly recommend this property for a visit to Hollywood!

Lovely home, great location.

The home is lovely and secluded with large privacy hedges. Home is clean and kitchen is well stocked. Make sure you don’t have a large vehicle when it comes to parking. Like most parking in LA the driveway fits a Toyota Camry by about 5 inches. I highly recommended this location and the owner made our stay comfortable and the check in was smooth.

Lovely little house in the middle of Hollywood

The house is very well furnished and has all the amenities you need. It is very nice that the two bathrooms are both en suite. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with coffee maker and microwave (The only two things we used!). The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the large couch watching TV with our coffee in the morning! And I used the spacious dining room to work. The gated driveway kept my car safe and secure and I was even able to plug in my car to recharge! Frank was excellent at communication and was there to meet us when we checked in. This house would have received 5 stars if it were in a better location. The location is safe and accessible to many freeways; it has grocery stores and fast food nearby. We attended two performances at the Hollywood Bowl while we were there and it is really convenient for that (we used Uber and Lyft)! You can walk to the wonderful (but strenuous) Runyon Canyon for a hike but it is about a mile away. But it is really a city location and therefore busy. We always felt secure inside the house, which is very quiet but we are pretty sure someone stole flowers that had been delivered outside the gate.

Great holiday in this spacious home

The property was easy to find and we messaged Frank so that he was there when we arrived to let us in. The house has everything you need and the beds are really comfortable. With 2 teenage girls 2 bathrooms was a must and whilst one was more spacious than the other they were both fine. The kitchen has a washer & dryer and a huge fridge that didpenses ice- big hit with us.The aircon worked great and there was also a ceiling fan in the main bedroom. There is a small outside seating area which we did use at the end of some days but I think a bit more could be made of that. We walked to Ralphs most days and to In and Out Burger, and Bossa Nova which comes highly recommended but you really need to make a reservation if possible. We negotiated the bus system a couple of days and the bus stops are really close to the house. If you are visiting Universal you are in the ideal location as we left when it closed and were back home for 9.25. We also found it convenient for the coast and we visited Malibu, Santa Monica and Huntington. We took a Hollywood sightseeing tour in a smallish bus which took us all around the stars homes and around a few different areas. We enjoyed that and ate at Carneys afterwards on Sunset Strip and that was a fabulous lunch. We visited Griffith Observatory (drove there, views great, parking expensive) but could have spent more time there. All in all we had a fantastic trip and this spacious property was ideal for us.

Beautiful home, perfect location!

We’re a family of four and spent 5 days in Los Angeles visiting friends and family after having lived in Los Angeles several years ago. We chose the home for it’s central location and we were very pleased as it turned out to be perfect, enough beds and space for 2 teenagers, and had an awesome location. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. Although it is close to Hollywood it is on a quiet street with lots of privacy and a secure and gated parking space. All necessary amenities were provided and home is close to many dining and shopping options, grocery store, and our favorite hiking spot Runyon Canyon! Frank was a perfect host, allowed us to check in early and was available if we needed him. WiFi was a bit spotty but we never really pursued it since it worked for what we needed. We definitely hope to stay here again on our next trip to Los Angeles and would recommend to anyone looking for a well kept, private home in an ideal location.

The Hollywood House was perfect for our family!

We had plenty of room for the four of us. The bedrooms each having there own bath was convenient. We also enjoyed having a full kitchen, spacious living room, and outdoor space. We walked to Hollywood Boulevard and several restaurants! The drive to the beaches and other attractions were very close. The stay was one to remember!

The home is as shown. No surprises. Many thoughtful extras provided. Thing you didn't know you would need until you did. The greatest asset may well be Frank. Gracious, easy to get ahold of, and ever so helpful. Will return.

Great Location, Close to Everything, Parking, Responsive Host

This location was great. The house was very spacious and the master bedroom was well appointed with 2 large closets and a small desk. It was a big plus to have a place to park. The house looked exactly like in the pictures. Frank was easy to work with and clearly took pride in the rental. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cooking and serving items, we were there for Easter and easily prepared a wonderful meal. Stores and restaurants were within walking distance. No matter what day trip we had planned we seemed to be centrally located. Would highly recommend. Thanks Frank!
