30A Seagrove Beach Escape - Short Walk to Beach, Pool & Eastern Lake!

Relax with the family at this top floor condo that sleeps 8. This 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath condo is located beside one of the 2 pools at Beachside Villas (One heated seasonally). A quick stroll through the parking lot will take you to the beach. There are many family friendly activities on site including pickle ball, tennis, shuffle board and corn hole boards. The master bedroom has a king size bed, balcony, walk-in closet and private bath. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed and closet. The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds, a closet and access to the jack-and-jill bath. The fully equipped kitchen boasts all new cookware and dishware, along with a Keurig and drip coffee maker and crock pot. There is seating for 8 for those large, family dinners, including seating at the counter. The beautifully decorated living area has plenty of seating, as well as a queen sleeper sofa.

There is a free Beachside Villas golf cart shuttle service that operates March 17 through Sept 14 (9am-5pm) that will take you to and from the Eastern Lake Public beach or the Walton Dunes Public Beach.

Guest are allowed two parking spaces and parking passes will be provided for each vehicle.

The door to our unit has a keypad for keyless entry. Entry code will be provided on day of check-in.

Other things to note:

This condo is located in building 12, which is the furthest Beachside Villas condo building from the beach, but it's also the most quiet building at Beachside Villas with the least amount of traffic. It’s also a top floor unit, so you don’t have to worry about noise from above. It’s about 1000ft walk to the beach which is around 6 minutes. We highly recommend taking the free shuttle to one of the two nearest public beaches. We provide a beach wagon if you choose to walk to the beach rather than take the shuttle to the Eastern Lake or Walton Dunes Public beach.

Also included in this unit is free wifi, Roku Smart TV’s in every room which have live TV, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and Disney plus. Full washer/dryer, a pack-n-play, hair dryers, a guest closet with beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys and a beach wagon. Outdoor amenities include two pools (one heated seasonally), lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard court and charcoal grill.
