This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is anxiously awaiting your arrival! Perfectly located just steps away from the sand with a majestic oceanfront view of the crystal clear emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Indulge in the sweeping panoramic views from the large balcony as you can watch the sunrise with your coffee and view the sunset in the evening. Most days you may also see dolphins at play! The sizeable balcony contains plenty of seating to enjoy the beachfront view. This condo is fully equipped for your pleasure and convenience where you can feel right at home as you vacation in beautiful Panama City Beach.

This unit boasts a king size bed in the master and a queen size bed in the second bedroom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen with appliances, cookware, dishware, and modern conveniences to make you feel right at home. Flat panel smart TVs in all rooms. Free cable TV and internet service. Beach chairs and coolers available in the living area closet. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steamroom, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an ocean view exercise room with a sauna. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion. On property ice, snack vending machines, and ATM.

Emerald Isle is located on the west end of Panama City Beach just minutes away from the entertainment and shopping district of Pier Park. Coming soon in 2025 Top Golf and Dolly Parton’s Pirate Voyage show nearby.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was exactly as described and very nicely decorated. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and necessary utensils. The view was amazing being directly on the beach and the huge patio allowed for us enjoy that view when not down at the beach. The only thing I didn’t realize until we were there is that beach towels are not included. This isn’t mentioned as a negative for the rental but more as a helpful tip for others who might not think of it like me! Over all, we will definitely come back and stay here again.

Great stay as always!

We have been staying at this condo for about 5 years in a row. This was our first stay in 404 and it was one of the better rooms we have stayed and one of the most convenient because it’s so close to lower levels. Overall, we just love it in PCB and this room made it that much more enjoyable!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Unit 404 July 2024. * Location is perfect. Within a 10-15 min drive to many, many restaurants and Pier Park. Keep in mind that traffic moves at 20mph, on average, so it's very close. * Get wristbands and parking pass before closing at 5pm. The lady in the office was super helpful/friendly. * Parking under the condos is extremely tight. The covered parking across the street has much more room if you don't mind taking a few steps.* Grounds well kept. Two lovely pools and hot tub with restrooms close by. No drinks in/near the pools. Allowing unbreakable, reusable cups with closing lids should be an exception. Adjustable lounge chairs are plentiful. We were instructed to bring our own beach towels, but there were several in the closet for us, along with nice beach chairs, sand toys, and two coolers. * There are several elevators. <1 min wait.The Condo:* Code lock was difficult to see and use without actual buttons. We received our code via text on day of check in. * Kitchen has an ice maker, Ninja air fryer, blender, Keurig, toaster. Plenty dishes and pots/pans. You will be expected to put dishes away before leaving. I thought it an odd request while paying a cleaning fee. This might explain the dirty/hairy dishes in the cabinet. We were offered housekeeping to return. There was no food product for use at all. Not even salt/pepper. In our experience, we have found it nice to share and leave seasonings, olive oil, etc. * Bed very comfy. Black out curtains much appreciated!* Furniture was like new throughout. Nice!* Perfect balcony/furnishings* Mike's across the road is great!Please:Supply better detergents, paper goods, and more washcloths.Use no-residue cleaner on floors (Rejuvenate) to keep our feet from turning black. A few small tweaks would have made our stay a 10/10. We definitely recommend this condo :)

Family time

My son and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was so nice and the views from the balcony were the best we’ve ever had. We definitely will look into booking again! Could you maybe install the ESPN app on the living room tv? I wanted to watch the College World Series but couldn’t get the app. I had to watch in the bedroom. But that’s not a complaint at all, just a suggestion lol. Thanks again!!

We Loved our stay. Room was very clean! Directly on beach/ocean. Room is very nice. Would definitely stay here again. Location is great on the west end of PCB. Not as congested This 4th floor unit is convenient to office, elevator, garbage bins. Very simple check in process everyone was nice and helpful.

Not Quite As Expected

Reviewer Comments: We were disappointed that on our second day, there was jackhammering so loud you couldn't speak and be heard and then general hammering in days following. There was no ice maker, the bathtubs are very slick, the bed is so tall that it was a stretch to get in and the door didn't always lock. Once you got in the bed, it was comfortable. We loved the restaurant and bar across the street, Mike's Seafood and Oyster Bar. The food and service were excellent. The warm ocean water and gentle waves were very relaxing. The ocean view from our condo was nice to wake up to. Our stay was a mix of frustration and relaxation, but with all things fixed and no construction, it is a nice place to stay.

Beautiful unit

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful unit. The beach is an easy walk and the view from the balcony is amazing. We were usually able to park in the garage under the building so loading and unloading was a breeze.

Beautiful condo

Condo is just as described. Beautiful inside and great view of the beach and ocean. Loved it was right on the beach. Appreciated all the beach gear - chairs, etc. It seemed to be a little less crowded this section of the beach which was a huge bonus! Close to restaurants and PCB attractions. Very clean and comfortable. A/c was not working properly but quickly resolved. Would recommend this condo!

Great vacation

The condo was terrific! The pools were nice and the hot tub was HOT. Can’t remember when everything worked where we stayed. The elevators were fast. The only thing I will change the next time we stay is I need a stepstool to get into the bed. Nicely decorated.

Great stay

Great location. Beautiful condo with a great view. Quick response to messages. So many extras included with the condo including a cooler, beach chairs, toys for the kids and much more. Will definitely be booking for a future stay. Staff at the resort were very friendly!
