Stylish apartment in the historical part of Tbilisi, located in the old city on Orbeliani Square, next to the residence of the President of Georgia. 100 meters to Carrefour supermarket, Freedom Square and 30 meters to Alexander Park. The house was restored by Tbilisi City Hall as a part of the New Tiflis Project. The entire area is a pedestrian zone. A large underground parking was built right next to the apartment. The apartment is rented by the owner.
