Log cabin on Pelican Bay

Beautiful chalet style log cabin with over 100 feet of shoreline on Pelican Bay! This cabin is only minutes from Ottertail Lake and many other popular fishing lakes. Ottertail, Battle Lake and Perham are home to our favorite shops, restaurants and breweries.

In the main log cabin, the kitchen is fully equipped and features black stainless appliances, beautiful cabinetry and a peninsula that seats 8. The main level boasts an open floor plan and a gorgeous wood-burning fireplace.
The master bedroom offers privacy with the attached bathroom and walk-in closet. The loft provides an additional sleeping and sitting area. While in the loft check out the views of the bay.
The large, attached deck is perfect for your morning coffee, lazy afternoons and evening cocktails.

The detached garage features a kitchenette, full bathroom, entertaining/game area and laundry. The rear garage door opens for access to the yard and views of the bay. This private detached garage is perfect for groups with multiple families or older kids!

Ultimate peace

Wonderful property. Extremely peaceful and quiet. Bit of a quirky bedroom set up, but works for up to 6 or 8. Main house is wonderful and beautifully renovated. Great porch with views of lake. Large backyard. We held a family party of 9 and turned out great.

Peaceful setting

Very clean, well stocked, and great location. Jessica has this place setup very well for renters. Everything looks new. Very quiet and private.

Outstanding home!

Honestly one of my most favorite houses yet - beautiful property, spacious, convenient and small touches that made for a comfortable stay. We spent a lot of time on the large covered porch, nice yard for yard games, convenient to golf courses, and accessible dock for lazy days on the pond. Will definitely book again!

Perfect Getaway

This is our 2nd booking for the cabin. Walking into the cabin you immediately feel at home. The cabin is beautifully decorated and has everything you need! Very private and quiet. The view from the cabin is amazing. We loved watching the sunsets. This is a real gem.

Great Stay

Everything was as advertised. The lodge and garage quarters were clean and just what we wanted. The place is a short drive away from several small towns. You can have your choice of peace or find something to do locally. Jessica was very responsive if I had a question, as well.

“Giving Thanks”

Just the perfect mix of cozy comfort yet plenty of space to hang-out. It was the perfect place to stay. We’ve used many different rentals and this one will be at the top of our list. The hosts thought of everything. We felt comfortable, but also pampered. Having the 2nd house was beyond incredible. It gave people privacy, and it was big enough to hold everyone comfortably. We are already talking about when we want to come back. What an awesome location - We ♥️it! Thanks :)

Fall Color Getaway

This property was a great fit for our trip. It allowed for all of us to hang out together in comfortable, quiet, indoor and outdoor spaces and spread out when we wanted to, and the lake view was beautiful. It was well stocked with everything needed, including all of the appliances to prepare good meals. Jessica was a great host - conscientious, friendly, and quickly answered our questions.

Wonderful Rental!

The cabin has everything you need to make it feel like home. Well stocked, very clean and decorated so beautifully. Our favorite pastime at the cabin was relaxing on the deck and enjoying the view. Very private setting. The cabin has all the amenities you need and the extra space in the guest house was great for our guests. We hope to stay again in the future. Jessica was very responsive to any questions we had. Great experience all around

Very well appointed and clean

We had a very relaxing stay at this property. It was extremely clean, had all of those "extras" you need when not at home (AC, fully stocked kitchen, linens, grill with gas, lawn chairs...etc). We only needed to bring ourselves and what we wanted to cook. We did have a baby with us and so it was nice to have the two buildings. The baby could nap (or wake up in the middle of the night) and the other kids could stay sleeping. The views were very peaceful and we spent most of our time on the lake facing deck. We were outside and out of the sun. My kids had fun feeding the sunfish some bits of bread on the sturdy dock. We were up for a wedding but enjoyed going to the bakery in Ottertail. The hosts did an excellent job communicating and were quick to respond. Highly recommend this property.

A weekend to remember!

This is a beautiful, serene, peaceful property. My fiancé, son and daughter-in-law flew from Maine to see my other son and daughter-in-law who live in Ottertail. We met my Grandchild for the very first time, and we will cherish the memories forever. The smaller building was perfect for my son and his new little family, and the cabin was perfect for congregating. We caught dozens of fish off the dock, including a catfish! We also played frisbee on the spacious lawn and enjoyed sunrises and sunsets with coffee on the dock. It was a heavenly experience, and Jessica was wonderful! We would absolutely stay there again!
