The use extends over 2 floors, on the ground floor there is the separate entrance, dining room with fireplace, bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet as well as a modern, fully equipped kitchen.
On the upper floor you will find the living room, which extends up to the sloping ceiling and has a sofa bed and satellite TV, on the floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and another separate toilet.
A double bed in the loft can be used for additional adults or children aged 14 and over - accessible via a staircase.
In short: if you expect an incomparable feeling of well-being, then you cannot avoid this quiet idyll on the outskirts of the village.

The convenient location of the holiday home guarantees easy access to a large number of nearby tourist highlights. In particular, the idyllic half-timbered town of Monreal, with its castle ruins, is in the immediate vicinity.
But cross-biking, Eltz Castle, Reichsburg in Cochem, Laacher See with Maria Laach Monastery, Maare, Rhine / Mosel / Ahr, Nürburgring or the unique volcanic landscape invite you to various outdoor activities. Whether hiking on the dream paths or biking in the extensive cycling network - even explorers and sports enthusiasts - whether big or small - will definitely get their money's worth here. And all of this can be reached in a few minutes by car.
