2BR/2BA condo 1330sq. ft with great views of PGA WEST Stadium 12th hole from the patio. Newly remodeled. New floors put in 12/10/23. All new and nicely furnished with 3 smart TVs in each room. The community pool is three condos away. One car garage-2 cars in driveway. Air mattress if needed. Washer and Dryer. PGA WEST is a private 24 hour guard gated community with 6 golf courses. Located just minutes away from downtown La Quinta, public pickleball, tennis courts, shopping and many wonderful restaurants. Close to Polo Fields (Coachella and Stagecoach) and the Tennis Arena. Farmers markets, Museums, the Desert Zoo and the list goes on. Back yard facing golf course privacy no cart path nearby.

Great home away from home

This was a wonderful place with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen was well-equipped and the beds were comfortable. You can't beat the view of the golf course from the back patio and the pool and hot tub are close by. Jordan was a great host, he responded fast to any questions we had and really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We are already planning our next visit!

Beautiful La Quinta Winter Getaway

This Condo is located on the beautiful 12th hole of the PGA West Stadium course. My husband and I just spent two months in this beautiful La Quinta winter getaway! Our hosts, Jordan & Cynthia were very responsive with any questions or requests. The views of the course and Mountains are stunning right off the patio. Many restaurants, shops, golf courses, hiking, & biking near by. We loved staying here & would love to return. You will love the area, close to a very quaint area called Old Town; restaurants, pickle ball, open market and much more!
