Our 2nd Home Unit is positioned on the Front, South Corner of the Tower South. From Both Bedrooms and Living Room there is nothing between You and Your View of the Ocean all the way down the Beach. See and Listen to the Relaxing Sound of the Sea Gulls and Ocean from any where in this Home Feeling Condo. This is a Very Unique and Highly Prized Location within this Famous and Family Friendly Resort. Yearly Updates In Our 2nd Home. We Pride Ourselves In Keeping Our Home In Excellent condition. Home re-painted and Balcony Tiled, New Living Room Furniture in 2022 :-) :-) :-)

Located on the 1st floor (approx. 15+ feet from ground level), convenient to every accommodation and no waiting for an elevator. For your use we have supplied a generously equipped modern kitchen with all the conveniences you would expect in a home of this quality. The master bedroom has a King Size Bed, 55' Flat Screen HDTV, CD/DVD player, private entrance to main balcony and a Terrific View of the Beach, Ocean and Pool. The attached master bedroom private bath has a Whirlpool Jacuzzi. The second bedroom features 2 Comfortable Single Beds with it's own entrance to the Balcony and a Fantastic View of the Ocean. The second bedroom also has an attached bathroom with a Beautifully Tiled Shower with Power spray plus Mist and Massage Shower Head. Our 2nd Bedroom also features a JVC 32 ' Flat Screen HD TV & DVD Player. *Rates include linens.*

The living room includes a 65' Flat Screen HDTV, CD/DVD player, queen size sleeper sofa with ample seating and of course that Amazing Ocean View as far as you can see. See this Magnificent Ocean View from the enormous wrap around balcony (approximately 350 square feet). This balcony is furnished with 2 sets of comfortable High-Top Table and Chairs. Perfect for outside dining and entertaining with Family and Friends. Also includes 2 Lounge Chairs and 2 Rocking Chairs to suntan,read and relax if you do not feel like going to one of the several pools. Feel free to use our locker full of beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, and bocce ball etc… We also have tennis rackets for you to use if you want to use one of the several tennis courts.

We do have Free SECURED Wireless Internet Available.
Also plenty of Free Parking (Upper & Lower Level)
This is a Non-Smoking, No E-Cigarettes & No Vaping Devices of Any Kind Condominium, No Pets Allowed (association rules).
We do have a minimum age requirement of 25 years of age to rent our 2nd Home.
We also offer Wi-Fi and Cable (both bedrooms & living room have Smart TV's & local phone calls all at no extra charge.

After your meal The House of Blues or Alabama Theater offer top rate entertainment for the evening. Also Walmart, Kroger's, Public's, Bass Pro Shop, Myrtle Beach Mall, Pirates Voyage, Carolina Opry, Tanger Outlet Mall, Alligator Adventure, Restaurant Row and more are all less than 10 minutes away.

If you want to venture past walking distance from the resort you can experience all the amusement parks, golf courses, restaurants and attractions that Myrtle Beach is known for.

During our busy season our weekly rentals, check in on Saturday at 3:00 pm

We do have weekly/monthly rates available in the off season.

A perfect stay

Perfect location, friendly and welcoming people and a gorgeous property! As a family of 5, including 3 kids under 13, there was something for everyone! The multiple pools and hot tubs around the property were perfect for the days that were a bit on the cooler side. And the ocean front beach right out front of the condo was perfect for the warmer days! And, a beach front bar with music and snacks! John (owner) checked in a few times throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. The location was prefect for us as well. Right across the street from Barefoot Landing. We will certainly be looking to come back next year!

Fantabulous First Stay in NMB!

From easy communication, to the cleanliness of the condo, to the well-stocked kitchen/beach supplies, to the location, everything about John and Terri’s place was top-notch! Our family (including boys 3 &7) enjoyed the short walk to the beach, finding thousands of crabs around the inlet, the clean pool and the various shops and restaurants across the street at Barefoot Landing. As a parent of young ones I appreciated being on the first floor and having a tall, sturdy balcony. Oh and views!!! Amazing!! The kitchen was full of utensils, plenty of good pots/pans, toaster oven and even an instapot. Book this place!!!

Everything from the location to the way that the owners checked to see if we were happy was first rate. Even though it rained a few days we didn't care because we had out own spot right on the beach, under our private balcony! Definitely on our list of places to vacation again.

Fantastic place, location, and hosts!

First of all, John and Terri were fantastic hosts communicating with us with helpful information right from the start! We had all we need before arrived. John made sure we had what we needed on check-in day. We never had to reach out but we felt at ease knowing they would provide help quickly if we needed it. We had to leave a day early due to a hurricane and John checked in with is to be sure we were ok. The location was wonderful! It's a quiet community. Parking is easily accessible and available on the same level as the condo that was very convenient! Barefoot Landing with shopping and eating is right across the road from the community in walking distance. Lastly the condo was exactly as described. The view is definitely spectacular with the large balcony!! Our family loved watching the tidal pool right out front that wad always interesting any time of day with the birds and fish. The kitchen is well stocked which is appreciated with a family staying in some nights to cook. The rooms were nicely furnished. We will definitely be back!!

Dream Vacation

An outstanding experience from start to finish. John and Terri are great communicators and we could not be happier with the accommodations. Great weather enhanced our vacation, but the condo is well equipped and stylishly furnished. The BEST

My family (solo mom and 2 teenagers) and I have traveled quite a bit. We've been from Hawaii to Honduras; from the Grand Canyon to Guatemala; Madrid to Montreal, and many, many places in-between. We don't stay in hotels and were staying in homes instead of hotels way before it became commonplace. All that is to say, we have stayed in a LOT of PLACES! And with all that in mind, I can easily say that ALL OF US agree: This is the VERY BEST place we've ever stayed. As I told John and Terri, it's not just the location (fantastic), nor is it just the accommodations (amazing), but rather it's the love and care with which the home is offered. We've never stayed a home where it is obvious that the owners put much thought and care into making sure that our stay was stress-free. As a widowed mom of two teens that I've raised on my own since diapers, I appreciated every thoughtful detail. But then again, so did my teenagers! Both kids commented over and over about how much they loved staying at this place and both insisted that we return one day to John and Terri's---and I feel certain we will!! The energy is so positive in this place, despite the fact that mine was a working holiday, I left feeling renewed and recharged. Book it now, you won't regret it---and if it's booked already--they have other properties and believe me, if they pour the same love and care into those places that they do this property, you'll not regret it. Our favorite place ever!

John and Terri are the best. Pictures of this condo does not do it's justice. This condo was very clean, inviting as soon as you walked in the door. The view of the ocean and resort was breathtaking. We felt like we were on our own private island! Everything we needed was at our fingertips! John was very good in communicating with us from the start. We had one slight problem, called John and the problem was taken care of immediately. Special shout out to Pedro who "fixed" our problem. Fyi our problem was a simple thing that we couldn't figure out. The beds and furniture was very comfortable. Coffee on the balcony every morning was perfect! I can't wait to stay here again! Thanks again John and Terri for sharing your second home!

Beautiful Decor and Great Location

We spent a week here and loved it! The condo is beautifully decorated with lots of lighthouses and ocean-themed decor. It was so nice to not have to worry about packing the little things like hand soap, paper towels, and laundry detergent. We also loved how close it was to the ocean and the inlet. This has been our favorite condo to stay at in Myrtle Beach!

We enjoy the beautiful landscape grounds, the multitude of entertainment and restaurants close by. Very spacious and clean beach, perfect for long walks. Terrific place to bring a family and create memories. Immaculate kept facilities. We are very comfortable in the safe surroundings, security guards and gate community.

Our condo has an absolutely 'killer view' of the ocean and marsh. Ocean view from all the rooms in the condo. Our 350 sq ft extra large balcony you can hear, see and feel the beautiful ocean breeze. Relax and enjoy the sunrise over the ocean from both bedrooms, living room, kitchen or balcony. There are lots of recreational activities on the grounds like swimming, tennis, putting greens, volleyball,playground and many walking paths.
