Absolutely NO smoking or vaping inside the property or on the premises or you will be subject to a fine of a minimum of $400.
Please observe quiet hours between 11pm - 7am each day. We share a wall with our neighbors and it is imperative to maintain the quiet hours.

This was our second time staying here. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare and serve an early Christmas dinner. Location is great and within walking distance to many restaurants, though Bru Burger is our favorite. Check in and check out were easy. Will definitely stay here again.

Our family really enjoyed the property. The accommodations were very nice and we particularly enjoyed the coffee bar that was provided. Perfect location to go to spots on Mass Ave. and also downtown. Jenson and Joy were always quick to answer questions. Would go book again without hesitation.

The cleanest VRBO that I've stayed in. Wasn't at the place much, but coffee bar was awesome. The water was hot with plenty of towels and soap to get buy. Will definitely be back!

If you’re wanting a nice romantic weekend in a lovely apartment then your partner might be looking for a divorce afterwards. However, if you’re a casual traveller willing to live in what is effectively student accommodation then it’s fine. Herman, the owner is a very nice chap.

Our guests who stayed June 13-16 were a group of 6 adults (Mother, Father and their adult kids with their significant others) who all traveled in for an Indiana Fever basketball game (not a romantic weekend with your partner) and to spend time as family. We had great communications with our guests throughout the process and they let us know how great our place was and how much they enjoyed their weekend. We pride ourselves in providing nothing less than 5 star accommodations and experiences for our guests and we are working with VRBO to promptly remove this review which was posted on our property in error.

Volleyball tournament

Overall everything was great. Check in process and communication with host was easy and timely. Will definitely stay again next time in Indy. Only gave four stars on location due to a little train and traffic noise and the on street parking can fill up fast. Thanks for the great stay!
