100 year old historic building completely remodeled in the mid 2000s. Enjoy the 20ft ceilings, exposed brick, and modern layout. Location, Location, Location, you will be able to walk just about anywhere downtown Indy.

The Space:
1. Two queens bedroom is a loft style. Enclosed by walls but the walls do not go to the ceiling
2. The Second Bedroom has 1 Queen and the walls do not go to the ceiling.
3. The loft is accessible via ladder through the second bedroom. The loft has two twins and only a four foot clearance overlooking the second bedroom and can see into the double queen room. There are no railings on the loft.

Just because we allow so many people to sleep in the unit does not mean your group will find the space comfortable for that many people. Each group must decide if the layout fits their needs. Please reach out if you have questions.
Being in the heart of downtown there is the potential for noise. Thursday through Saturday tends to be louder than other days.
Parking is detached and 1 block south of the unit. You must enter the building to get your parking pass before parking.

This Vrbo is a great place with a fantastic location. While we did not use the kitchen, it would be perfect for some meals if you chose to make them in. The beds were firm but had a luxury memory foam feel to them. The “3rd bedroom” space is a lost with low ceilings but the teenager with us found it fascinating and fun.

Location!!

Hosts are excellent communicators, check-in process was easy and the condo was very nice. I can’t say enough about the perfect location and ease of access to dining, bars and entertainment. We absolutely would stay here again.

Great location and fun space

We stayed here with a group for JamFest and it was a great location. Across from the mall with lots of restaurants and short walk to the convention center. The condo had everything we needed, and the girls loved the fun set up with the loft beds. I would stay here again.

WONDERFUL

We had a great stay here & would love to rent again when in the area. GREAT communication from the owners, very friendly & accommodating. This is a spacious rental with all we could have needed for our trip. The location is nice too with lots of things within walking distance.

Taylor Swift weekend!

My 11 year old, her best friend, and her best friend's mom and I stayed here while we were in town for Taylor Swift. The property was an excellent location and felt very safe and secure. Distance from stadiums as close or closer than described. The living/dining/kitchen area is really big. Bedrooms are a good size and good for two different groups. There is a weird floor transition/step area in one of the bedrooms that might be rough for middle of the night trips to the bathroom if you aren't paying attention, and the loft area is pretty tight, but that is all described in the listing and are the only "cons" I can even think of about the unit. The only negative thing I can say is not even within the owner's control, and that's the situation with the parking pass--you have to get it from the unit before you can park and then return it to the unit after you leave the garage for the last time. Not terribly convenient, but if you have another adult with you, someone can wait in the car while the other one runs upstairs. Owners were very responsive to any questions and proactive with check-in/check-out communications. I would definitely stay here again.

Girls Trip - Fever Game

Fantastic location - comfortable place to stay for the six of us. Looking forward to staying again when next year's Fever schedule comes out! Great Time! Highly recommend!

Perfect GenCon Location

The apartment was just what we needed for our group of 8 people to enjoy the world's largest gaming convention GenCon. Everything was as promised. There were only a couple very minor quirks that didn't significantly subtract from the experience, like interior walls that didn't go all the way to the very high ceilings, so that light/sound from the living area crossed over into the bedrooms. Also, the location is in an area with a very lively weekend nightlife, so it was a good thing we were mostly night owls. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Great location!

Adorable space in a great location! Came to go out and celebrate my sister in law and couldn’t be more impressed! The apt was right where we were going to be all night- spaghetti factory, escape room, Brothers, Kilroys, etc. Everything was clean, the owner addressed all concerns promptly, and we had a great time!

The property was spacious and clean. It was a fabulous location for walking around to try different restaurants and coffee shops. The hosts were very clear and proactive in their communication. I would definitely book again!

A very convenient downtown stay

Perfectly located near everything downtown and beyond. My family’s stay was excellent and the property managers were very accommodating. Plenty of room! I would stay here again, and strongly recommend it.
