Lake view is slice of Heaven. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located in quiet circle. 4 bedroom / 3 bath house recently remodeled with new appliances and AC unit. Master bedroom has Marriott Ritz Carlton SuperKing mattress. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for cooking. In addition, I supply all coffee - both K-Cups and ground coffee. Multi-level deck house with Weber grill. Outdoor Gazebo with fire pit to enjoy the view.
Boat parking available at dock and house with public boat ramp access 2 miles away.
Historic downtown Gainesville is just 5-10 minutes away, with its charming southern square, boutiques and amazing local restaurants. Don't worry if you forget something - Publix, Target, Dick's Sporting Goods and just about every convenience you'll need is also a quick 10 minute drive, along with several fast food and fine dining restaurants.
Most of the time we allow early check-in (morning) and late check-out (afternoon) depending on availability.

Family Vacation

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views of the lake. We took the golf cart around the neighborhood and couldn’t believe how beautiful it was and how many deer we saw! The house itself was spacious and well-appointed, offering plenty of room for everyone. The large deck overlooking the lake was a great spot for morning coffee. The house is filled with anything and everything that you can ask for. Todd and Katherine are so helpful, they even dropped off a baby gate for us to use while we were there. We also had access to a private dock, where we enjoyed swimming, jumping, and a huge raft. It was the perfect family vacation and we will definitely be back.

Cleanest rental by far

This was a wonderful trip, it was very relaxing and in more of a secluded neighborhood. It has beautiful views from every part of the home and deer everywhere (our children really appreciated seeing them). The water was very clean and the dock was amazing. The younger kids spent hours on the water pad or jumping off the docks while the bigger kids were on kayaks and paddleboards. The house was not only immaculately clean but very well stocked with just about anything you can think of.

Summer vacay at the lake

We loved our stay at this house and on lake lanier. The house was so comfortable, with so many fun amenities so we spent a few days just kayaking, paddle boarding, floating, and watching the sunset from atop the top deck of the dock. We also enjoyed day trips to Helen to "Shoot the Hooch" - tube down the Chattahoochee River, and Amicola Falls for a great hike. Both were less than an hour away. We drove into Atlanta and biked the Beltline, which was a lot of fun, and took in the sites and scenes of downtown Atlanta and Olympic Park. The house and lake were the centerpieces of a wonderful week!

Amazing location

My family and I truly enjoyed this home. We have 4 teenagers who loved the dock, games and golf cart. Todd and his wife were both amazing and couldn’t have asked for anymore. Would absolutely go back to stay again and recommend highly.

A great view and a host!!!

Best Landlords in the World!

Todd and Kat were so awesome and made sure we had every thing we needed. They were very accommodating. The house itself was absolutely beautiful and had everything in it that you could possibly need right down to the shampoo and soap in the shower. Everything was beautiful, modern and up-to-date. This house has a gorgeous view. It was so very relaxing to get up there to get away from all the hustle and bustle. Thank you Todd and Kat for being so very kind. Sisters and Hubbies Vacation

Property was a perfect choice for 3 sisters and their hubbies to spend time enjoying awesome views of Lake Lanier. Each couple had their own bedroom and bath. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of room to be together. The amenities were top notch, more included than you could hope for, including use of a 6 person golf cart! Todd, the owner was awesome!

Wonderful Lake Getaway!

We had a wonderful time! Todd was responsive to all our questions and was the best vrbo host we’ve had! The house was immaculate!! Very clean, kitchen had all the things we needed. Everything was quality from the beds to the linens! Beautifully renovated house! Although we didn’t use the dock we did check it out and it was very nice with a great upper deck to hang out on! We’ll definitely be back!! Also, loved that it’s so close to outlet mall and also shopping and restaurants in Gainesville!

Beautiful House. Amazing Host. Unparallelled Amenities.

I can't say enough wonderful things about our host Todd, his beautiful, spotless house, and the breathtaking views. From the newly remodeled and stocked kitchen, the gorgeous primary bedroom, fun game room, stocked bar/darts and basketball, and six-person (ha!) shower to the super cozy, soft bedding, this house is by far the best we’ve stayed in. My parents and I drove up from Florida to attend a ceremony at my youngest son’s school, Riverside Preparatory Academy and my oldest, who is an RPA alum drove down from college to surprise him. On Saturday night, when we were celebrating my youngest son’s 16th birthday, my oldest son had a seizure. Within seconds, Todd, an emergency doctor from across the street, an emergency wagon, and fire stuck where there to take my son to the ER. Thankfully, he was fine, but Todd offered for us to stay another night, enabling us to all get some sleep and spend some extra time together. We can’t thank him enough for all he did. If I could give this gorgeous house, its warm, friendly, and incredibly kind host 10+ stars, I would. We will be back later this summer with all our family to take advantage of the awesome water amenities on the dock!

Fantastic Lake Home

We stayed for my son’s wedding in Gainsville. The host was super accommodating and the house had all the amenities for a great stay!! The view is amazing!! This is definitely a home I would love to come back and spend more time!!

Beautiful Home. Superstar Host!

Everything about this home far exceeded our expectations! Fully equipped kitchen (even spices and coffee!), games for all ages, comfortable beds, good water pressure in the showers. Todd brought us firewood, which we ended up not using, and even an electric fireplace for downstairs when it got chilly. Plenty of room for everyone at Thanksgiving (26). Absolutely PERFECT week! We’ll be back!

Great stay with all the amenities!

Wonderful location. Incredible views. Lovely home for family equipped with games, lake access and golf cart. The host was very helpful. If we were in this area again, we would book same place again.

Beautiful

We enjoyed out stay at this property. It was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. We only had to provide the food! It was a very enjoyable stay. We flew in for our sisters wedding and didn’t want to stay at a hotel. This house was perfect… 3 kids and 4 adults. Thank you so much!

Fun Fam Vaca with Pups

House does have amazing lake views, is clean and has everything you need plus some for family fun. We even brought our dogs, one being a lab who loves the water. Host provides access to his dock which is just a few houses down for fun on the lake. Great experience!

Best VRBO stay we have ever had!

I have been hesitating to write my review for fear that once I wrote it the secret would be out. The hospitality that Todd and Kat showed us went above and beyond any stay we have ever had from VRBO. The house was beautiful and the location could not have been any better. We look forward to returning! Thank you for allowing us to make the best vacation memories yet!

Amazing views with the absolute best hosts

The property has the most amazing views of Lake Lanier with all of the comforts of home. Todd and Kathryn are the most hospitable hosts and helped with every need. They were available for questions at all times and provided more amenities than even described. They made us all feel welcomed and and allowed us to freely use their dock for our boat, jet skis, and other lake toys. We could not have asked for a better place for a family gathering. We truly appreciate the time, effort, and care that Todd and Kathryn have put towards making this property a true lake getaway. We will definitely return and recommend this property to other guests.

Oasis on the Lake

Todd and Kathryn have created a beautiful lake experience with their house on the lake. The house is well equipped with lots of areas to relax and gather inside and out. The lily pad, floaties, kayaks and SUP make hanging out at their dock a blast. The kids are already asking me when we can book again.
