The 2-room apartment?Bär01? is located in the semi-storey (basement) of an apartment house in prime location with direct beach access.  The approximately 50 square meters of living space are tastefully furnished for up to 3 people. The living / dining area with integrated, well-equipped kitchenette, a separate bedroom (2 single beds) and a shower room is at your disposal. On arrival, the beds are already made and the towels are ready for you. Pets are welcome in the apartment. The parking space is located directly at the house.

The beach house "Schwarzer Bär" has a direct beach access. The fine sandy beach is only 30 meters away. The 2-room apartment is located in the semi-basement (basement) of the house and can accommodate a maximum of 3 persons.

Kleine Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Die Wohnung ist im Souterrain und ist daher etwas dunkel. Im Sommer aber kein Problem. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, direkt am Strand. In ca. 20 Minuten ist man entspannt in den Ort gelaufen. Für eine Einzelperson oder ein Paar ist die Wohnung ausreichend und gut ausgestattet.

War sehr schön perfekte Lage für Familie emphelenswert Strand und gleichzeitig Wald zum Wandern.

Wohnung schön obwohl Souterrain war. Nur eine Papiertoiletten für die ganze Familie finde ich zu wenig. Zusätzliche Bettwäsche sollen vorhanden sein. Küchetücher auch. Sonst kann ich nur emphelen
