Your cozy apartment, GK/02—Garden View, is located on a quiet side street (Friedrich-Engels-Str. 18). It is designed to accommodate 2 people. The pier, the spa office, and the beach are only about 200 m away.

You’ll be staying in a one-room apartment with a west-facing terrace. You’ll find a combined living/dining/sleeping area as well as a tiled shower room.

A flat-screen TV and a radio are available for your entertainment.

The kitchen area features a 2-burner ceramic cooktop (no oven). Of course, you’ll also find a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and plenty of dishes. The living area has carpeted floors. The shower room and kitchen area are tiled.

The sleeping area features a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a closet for storing your vacation wardrobe. Of course, you can use the curtains to darken the room.

Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment. A parking space on the property next to the house is included with the apartment. Bicycles can be stored in the covered shelter. If you’re arriving with more than one vehicle, please park the second car in the public (paid) parking lot.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bedding and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (without sheet sets).

The apartments are within walking distance (5 minutes on foot) of the beach and the town center.

On the property, you’ll find a parking space for your car and covered bike shelters.

You’re welcome to use the patio furniture and lounge chairs in the garden. There are terraces in front of the two ground-floor apartments.
