The supersize electrically heated pool & spa with southwest orientation guarantees you sun all day and a large open space to relax. This dream villa is built on a 3 lot and also has a boat deck and offers a fantastic view of the lake. In a few minutes you are in Cape Harbor the marina of the super rich, live music, great entertainment, top restaurant's a place which you will always like to visit to be spoiled.

What a lovely property. Our family of five really enjoyed this spacious and inviting home. The lake views were awesome in the evenings and my husband really enjoyed the kayaking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The whole month was wonderful and so enjoyable. The house worked out perfectly, and the pool was great! Beautiful sunset views across Lake Memory. What a wonderful vacation! The house was perfect for us - SUPER clean and it had everything we needed. We really appreciated the beach chairs, beach umbrella and the cooler. We rented for the month of Feb. and had a great time. The weather was awesome the house we stayed in was as advertised and our host was their to greet us and give us a thorough explanation of the pool functions and all house operations. We found the house to extremely clean and full of the amenities needed for our month in sunny Florida. The kayaks came in very handy as we fished and paddled on Memory lake almost everyday. We will be back!

We have rented many VRBO homes in the Cape Coral area. This one was our favorite. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed with the cleanliness. EVERYTHING was clean. The kitchen surfaces and the dishes were clean and organized. This was not a hodge podge of dishes. Everything matched. The pots and pans were like new. We always bring our own kitchen things and for the first time, we didn't need them. The lanai was perfect, commonly an overlooked area when cleaning is done. The view is beautiful and if you can't be gulf front for a sunset, the sunsets at this house are a stellar second. Waldemar is a great property manager. He was friendly and thoroughly introduced us to the house and was totally reachable and accessible if we needed anything. The only thing we required during our six week stay was to book for next year. We wanted 3 months next year and Waldemar set us up with a beautiful home for next year that we could afford for a longer stay. Don't hesitate to book Villa Lake Memory.

A perfect vacation rental

We were extremely happy with our rental experience for this property. For starters, the property rental manager Waldemar was an absolute pleasure to work with. His communications were clear, timely and efficient. We found the house/living space to be exactly as described in the listing. We found the house to be in spotless condition and none of the furnishings were damaged or felt dated. I also appreciated that there were plenty of household basics supplied with this rental. Relaxing, clean and beautiful house

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. We stayed 10 days and enjoyed every single day. The house is close to many convenient stores and Sanibel island .The house was super clean , well maintained and beautiful. Our 6 years old daughter learned how to swim in the pool using the kids life jacket. The house is fully stocked with towels, pool toys and beach supplies. The sun set is magnificent and the neighborhood very quiet. Mr Waldemar is a very pleasant person. He welcomed us at the property and he was very communicative and made the check in and check out very easy. We rented many houses in Cape Coral over the years this one was in my top list. We will definitely be back again!!

Fabulous family stay!

Stayed here with our three children ages 10m-4y and it was absolutely perfect! So clean - we didn’t have any worries about them playing on the floor. The ledge in the pool is a huge perk! Our two year old was able to feel confident playing in the water without being held. We also loved that it only took about a half hour to get to Sanibel Island (my favorite place in the whole world) and a half hour to get to fort Myers. Over 80% of our trip was spent in the pool though. This house is fully stocked - from the kitchen (every kitchen utensil/cooking item you’d ever need is in this kitchen - my chef husband approved!) to the outdoor toys for the kids to the games/movies/coloring supplies! Definitely will return on future Florida trips to escape the cold of Wisconsin! Thank you again!!

Very relaxing stay with Beautiful sunsets!

When you stay at this beautiful home you don't have to bring anything as its all there, fully equipped kitchen, the pool, plenty of chairs to lounge in on the pool deck or by the lake side and the house is very clean and spacious. My nephew caught a few fish as there was a fishing rod and even when it rains you can stay outside sitting under the covered patio, also no mosquitoes due to the large screen. You're close to the beaches of Ft Myers, Sanibel and captiva where we went a few times. We also enjoyed a nice meal at rum runners ( I believe that's the name), just 5 mins away on the water at the marina. Waldemar was very responsive by phone and helpful giving you the 'lay of the lands' For a family this house is perfect, a very quiet neighborhood, grocery store just down the street and beaches close by. The only side note I like to make is that they charge for electricity which was a first for me renting from vrbo and can easily add another $100 if you stay a week.

To pay for the cost of electricity is a common thing in Cape Coral Florida, since we start our business in 2005 all seasonal rental property owners charged electric cost to the renters. I like to point out, all charges disclosed on the website and send with our offer before the customer sign the contract. During the check in we read the electrical meter together the same on the day of departure. The electrical charge is pointed out multiple times before any contract signed and shouldn't be a surprise. Wonderful Getaway

We had an amazing vacation at this beautiful home. We stayed for 2 weeks and we did not want to leave. It has all the comforts of home and more. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with the family. The sunsets are breathtaking. They also have many extras for you to use: 2 bikes, 2 kayaks, fishing rods, beach chairs and umbrella, pool floats. Fantastic!!! The house is in a great location. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We were close to some beautiful beaches - 30 minutes to Sanibel beaches, Ft. Myers beach. Bonita Springs beach was a bit further but still worth the drive! Took a great dolphin jet ski tour as well which we all enjoyed. Went for a drive to check out the Naples area. So much to do in the area! Many great restaurants nearby and close to grocery stores. Waldemar was a wonderful host! He met us at check in to give us the keys, show us around (how to heat the pool/hot tub) etc. He was very personable and a pleasure to work with. Thank you!! We were sad to leave. It was just paradise!!!
