Any additional usage will be charged at a reasonable US $0.18 per kWh, payable to the property manager upon departure or deducted from the security deposit.

A 100% refund for cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival.
A 50% refund for cancellations made between 59 and 30 days before arrival.
Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival.
