About this property

Vacation house Emil at the Mosel family domicile- Reichsburg Cochem nearby

I am very happy to welcome you in my possession with the beautiful view of Cochemer Reichsburg. My holiday home is located in Cochem-Sehl on a quiet street in Cochem. From the windows of the holiday home you can take a wonderful view of the beautiful vineyard.
There is direct parking in front of the property. If you are arriving by bus or train, you will surely arrive by taxi (2 km from the train station) or on foot. Tel. No. from taxi center is: 02671/8080.

This half-timbered house is decorated in warm colors and tastefully furnished. It has two bedrooms and a living room with a sleeping function and a cable TV. The bathroom has a shower. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, guest toilet and cloakroom. You can prepare your own meals in the kitchen with a microwave, oven, fridge, kettle, food processor and hotplate.
A variety of dining options are nearby and within walking distance.
The shops are literally at your feet. A supermarket is right next to the house.

A great vacation spot for everyone. For children there is Klotti Park with roller coaster and wild animals, a swimming pool and outdoor pool, mini golf and etc. For adults excursion to Trier, Koblenz, golf course, bike paths along the Moselle and many hiking trails. in 1km is the Cochemer Reichburg and Cochem-Center.
I would like to convey this atmosphere to my guests. I am always helpful and happy to give tips for a perfect trip in our area. I look forward to welcoming you to my holiday home.

Sweet Home!

We were traveling for a weekend in Cochem. Ivanna’s place is clean and fits the online description. We would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling as a couple or small group and wanting to be within walking distance to town.

Perfect place on the river

We absolutely loved our stay here and wish we could have stayed longer. Every little thing is thought of, and then some! Photos are just as it is, and it is wonderful. The location is most amazing, not only a short drive from other castles, and Cochem a short walk away, but the grocery store right there as well! Cannot be a better location anywhere for the price.

Comfortable property with friendly hosts

Comfortable and clean property- washing machine available, large TV, comfortable seating area. Very ease check in/out with friendly welcoming hosts. Good location- next to a supermarket/bakery. Great parking directly outside the property. A nice 15 minute walk to the centre of Cochem. The only downside is that both bedrooms are located on the top floor and need to come down steep stairs to the bathroom at night. This property would also benefit from Wifi. Would recommend this property.

Gemütliche Unterkunft mit Liebe zum Detail

Uns hat es super gefallen. Es war alles wichtige vorhanden. Die Wohnung war sauber und schön gestaltet. Die Lage war klasse und in 20 min war man direkt in Cochem. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht, und haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Ein Supermarkt und ein Bäcker sind direkt um die Ecke, und das Zentrum von Cochem ist zu Fuß bzw. mit dem Fahrrad recht schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet, es fehlte uns an nichts. Auch W-Lan ist hier vorhanden. Ein kleines Manko sind die relativ schmalen Betten im Kinderzimmer (80 cm). Aber ein Problem war dies auch nicht. Wir werden hier sicherlich nochmal einen Urlaub verbringen.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus an der Mosel

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft bestens aufgehoben gefühlt, als Ausstattung war alles vorhanden und die Einrichtung war mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. DIe 1,5km zum Ortskern konnte man gut für einen Spaziergang nutzen.

Hervorragend ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet sehr sauber und die Vermieterin ist äußerst nett gewesen das einzige Manko ist dass man den Müll zwei Straßen weiter entsorgen muss, da das Haus nicht über einen eigenen Mülleimer verfügt

Die großen Mülltonnen für die Entsorgung des Hausmülls stehen absichtlich nicht am Ferienhaus, da sonnst die Kunden des nahliegenden Supermarktes ihre Verpackungen dort entsorgen. Tolles Wochenende

Wir haben ein schönes Wochenende in Cochem verbracht. Die Wohnung ist schön und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Mit uns 4 Personen konnten wir uns problemlos im Haus bewegen, ohne uns ständig auf den Füssen zu stehen. Gerne wieder!

Schnuckelig mit toller Ausstattung

kleines schnuckeliges Fachwerkhaus, komplett ausgestattet, liebevoll eingerichtet, alles so wie beschrieben. Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Bäcker, Lebensmittelmarkt) in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Das ist ein großer Vorteil, beinhaltet aber den einzigen Wermutstropfen - die Waren-Anlieferung erfolgt am frühsten Morgen, was natürlich nicht ganz geräuschlos ist. Trotz alle dem, immer wieder gerne.

Sehr complettes Haus

Noch nie so ein vol ausgestattes Ferienhaus gehabt. Schade dass wir nicht wussten, dass man immer die Treppen gehen muss. Auch haben wir angenommen dass es Sateliten-tv gab, damit wir hollandische Programme sehen konnten.

Schönes Ferienhaus!!!

Sehr schönes uriges Häuschen. Vermieterin sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bäcker, Netto und Fahrradverleih direkt um die Ecke. Auch bis ins Zentrum von Cochem ist es nicht weit.

Aanrader!

Bij aankomst wachtte Ivanna al op ons bij de woning. Inchecken ging heel snel. Het is een 3 verdiepingen woning en voorzien van alle apperatuur. Buiten een klein plaatsje met een bank, tuinstoelen zijn ook aanwezig. Woning ligt 1,5 km van het centrum en naast de Penny supermarkt. Bakker vlakbij. Mochten we nog een keer naar Cochem gaan dan komen we hier graag terug!

Sehr zu empfehlen

Super Service mit bezogenen Betten, Handtüchern und Müll entsorgen. Sehr freundliches einchecken. Obst und Wasser stand zur Ankunft bereit. Ferienhaus geht über drei Etagen. Raumaufteilung sehr gut. Küche und Bad sehr groß. Alles voll ausgestattet. Einzige Anmerkung ist das Gäste WC. Es ist so klein, dass es nur von sehr schlanken Personen genutzt werden kann und ist allenfalls ein Not-WC ohne Waschbecken. Wer wirklich auf zwei Toiletten angewiesen ist, dem wäre das Haus nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen. Ansonsten absolut top und jedem zu empfehlen.
