MALCESINE, OUR “LA VILLETTA” IS A VERY BEAUTIFUL OUTSIDE BUILDING OF AN ART NOUVEAU. The house is suitable for max. 2 PEOPLE and is completely and comfortably furnished. It has a cozy living room on the ground floor with a kitchenette and TV SAT, on the 1st On the first floor are the double bedroom, the bathroom with shower and a beautiful balcony with a view of Lake Garda.
Outside there is a large terrace with a wonderful and wide view of the lake, with table, chairs, parasol and deckchairs.
Parking for cars is also available and close to 300 Mt.
The house was totally restored in 2017. Air conditioning and WiFi available.

IN THE CENTER ABER RUHIG - The house is located in the center of Malcesine, accessible from a very quiet alley.
Harbor, Scaligerburg, supermarket, cable car, restaurants, shops and bars are all nearby, the car is not necessary, the beautiful lake promenade and the beach on the lake are about 500 meters away.
The bus station is 200 meters from the house and the landing stage for the ships.

IN MALCESINE our "LA VILLETTA" is a very and romantic annex building of a liberty style villa dated 1912 and totally restored in the year 2016.
The cottage is for max 2 peoples and is very comfortable and fully equipped, it has on the ground floor a cozy living room with kitchenette and SAT TV, on the 1st floor the bedroom with double bed, the bathroom with shower and a nice balcony overlooking Lake Garda.
Outside there is a large terrace always with a beautiful and wide lake view, with table, chairs, beach umbrella and deck chairs.
Parking for cars is also available and nearby 300 meters, included in the price.
Air conditioning and Wi-Fi available and included in the price.
IN THE CENTER BUT QUIET - The house is located in the center of Malcesine, accessible from a pedestrian and very quiet street.
Harbor, Scaliger Castle, supermarket, cable car, restaurants, shops and bars are all nearby, the car is not necessary, the beautiful lake promenade and beach on the lake are about 500 meters far away.
The bus station is 200 meters from the house and the jetty for the ships is 100 meters far from the house.

The property is in a perfect location very close to the centre of Malcesine but far enough to give privacy. The views of the lake from the terrace and balcony are beautiful. The property was clean and functional and an excellent base from which to explore the area. Tania and Roberto, the hosts, were very helpful both before and when we arrived.

Schöne Tage in Malcesine

Wir haben unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Tania und ihrem Mann Roberto an ihrem Haus empfangen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal am Rande und oberhalb des Trubels gelegen. Von den Terrassen hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Altstadt und die Scaligerburg, oder auf den See und die gegenüber liegenden Berge. Den Ort erreicht man über eine Treppe in wenigen Minuten. Die Wohnung selbst ist perfekt ausgestattet, geschmackvoll und komfortabel. Dass es eine Garage gibt ist ein unschätzbarer Vorteil, weil die Parkmöglichkeiten sehr begrenzt sind. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Margrit und Günter im August 2022

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Vorweg: Das einzige, was in der Beschreibung fehlt, und das sollte unbedingt angegeben werden: Das Haus ist mit dem Auto nicht erreichbar, weder zum Ausladen des Gepäcks oder im Verlauf des Aufenthalts. das Sträßchen ist viel zu schmal und zu steil. Für Menschen mit Gehschwierigkeiten also nicht zu machen. Weder in die Stadt hinunter noch zur Parkgarage hinauf. Uns ist es so gegangen. Geholfen hat uns dann ein Tuk Tuk, das erreicht man über den Taxidienst. Alles andere echt zum Genießen, schönes, geschmackvoll renoviertes Haus, wunderbare Terrasse mit traumhaftem Ausblick, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, lädt ein, mit der Seele zu baumeln.

Die Wohnung war super. Besonders der Ausblick über den Gardasee war wunderschön.

Die Wohnung war neu renoviert und super sauber. Es war aller vorhanden. Wir hatten für uns alleine eine große Terrasse und in der oberen Etage einen kleinen Balkon. Alles mit Blick zum Gardasee. Vom Bett aus konnt man zum Gardasee und die Berge sehen. Für uns alles super.

Eine sehr schöne und moderne kleine Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf den Gardasee, genau richtig für zwei Personen. Wir würden diese immer wieder buchen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Seeblick

Die Beschreibung des Objekts entspricht der Realität. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern verlief zu jeder Zeit sehr gastfreundlich Die Wohnung ist nicht sehr groß, aber sehr schön, hell und modern eingerichtet. Alles war super sauber. Der Seeblick insbesondere aus dem Schlafzimmer und Bad oben ist zauberhaft. Die Wegbeschreibung war eindeutig und die Hilfe mit dem Gepäck beim Einchecken sehr freundlich. Das Auto fand einen Parkplatz etwas von der Wohnung entfernt, aber sicher. Nur das WLAN hatte so seine Schwächen. Und vielleicht wären ein Abwaschlappen und etwas Spülmittel in der Küche noch möglich. Das sind Kleinigkeiten und wir möchten diese Ferienunterkunft gern empfehlen.
