The light-flooded duplex apartment shines through a beach near location and a balcony in south-west location. In about 200 meters is already the Baltic Sea beach. Various cafes, restaurants and the beautiful Niendorf harbor are just a few minutes walk away.

Of course you should not miss your faithful four-legged friend even on holiday. The beautiful beach promenade invites you to extensive Gassi tours. Timmendorfer beach, Niendorf and Scharbeutz / Haffkrug have beautiful dog beaches, where your dog can let off steam.

On the sandy beach of the Baltic Sea is available during the Strandkorbsaison weather from 15 05. - 15. 09. a beach chair free of charge. For relaxation after the sauna, which you can use for a fee.

The maisonette apartment offers 3 rooms pure relaxation in a beach location. Large window fronts let a lot of light into the apartment and thus ensure a cozy atmosphere. The open kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. Furthermore, the dining area seats 4 people. From the living room you can reach the south-west facing balcony with garden furniture. A spiral staircase leads to the first floor. In the open gallery area there are two single beds (0.90 wide) and a large wardrobe with plenty of storage space. In the separate bedroom serves a comfortable double bed (1.80 width) as a bed, a flat screen TV for entertainment and a dresser for storage space. Both bedrooms have blackout blinds for a comfortable sleeping comfort. The modern bathroom has a large comfort shower and a toilet. In addition, a safe keeps your valuables safe.

Gute Lage zum fairen Preis

Die Wohnung ist schön gelegen nah an der Promenade. Der eigene Parkplatz und die NĂ€he zum Hafen ist klasse. Leider wird beim Duschen der Boden vor der Dusche klitschnass und die SpĂŒlmaschine hat nicht richtig funktioniert.

Bett voll mit Haare

Die Betten waren voll mit Haaren, der Balkon ist total zugewachsen, die Dusche ist ein Albtraum.. alles im ganzen ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, wir wĂŒrden es nicht weiter empfehlen. Positiv ist die Abwicklung ĂŒber die Agentur!

Schönes Appartement in toller Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Appartement sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung ist völlig ausreichend. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Betten sehr knarzen. Das hat den Schlaf manchmal gestört. Da könnte der Vermieter vielleicht mal neues Mobiliar anschaffen :). Ansonsten war alles super. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung war leider etwas heruntergekommen. Fensterrollo fehlte, Löcher in der BettwĂ€sche, Dusche undicht, Balkon ungepflegt ( Unkraut in den Steinen, Auflagen fĂŒr StĂŒhle mit Stockflecken), Bild fĂ€llt von der Wand . Insgesamt lieblos und abgelebt die Wohnung.

Schöner Familienkurzurlaub in traumhafter Umgebung

Die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung verlief, ebenso wie das Ein- und Auschecken, total unproblematisch. Das WohngebĂ€ude von außen, in 2. Reihe vom Strand, schĂ€big. Der Hausflur schĂ€big, kalt und ungemĂŒtlich. Die Wohnung allerdings super schön und gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet. Die Betten knarren und knarzen leider ... nichts fĂŒr Hellhörige! Der Fliesenleger hat im Gegensatz zum Elektriker super Arbeit geleistet! Durch die Steckdosen pfeift der Wind! Entsprechend der Reinigungskosten, hĂ€tte ich erwartet, dass beim Putzen auch nach oben (Spinnweben) geschaut wird und auch die Couchpolster, in deren Ritze ich leider fasste und wirklich jede Menge Strandsand in den HĂ€nden hatte, gereinigt werden. Die Dusche im Bad ist leider auch undicht! Ansonsten ist die Wohnung wirklich schön und die Lage perfekt. In zwei Minuten am Strand, in 5 Minuten am Hafen und beim BĂ€cker. Viele SpielplĂ€tze, Vogelpark und Sea Life in unmittelbarer NĂ€he, nach LĂŒbeck 20 Minuten. Perfekt fĂŒr Familinurlaub und Romantiker!

UngĂŒnstiger Schnitt der Wohnung

Obwohl die Wohnung ausreichende WohnflĂ€che hat, ist der Schnitt mangelhaft. SchlafrĂ€ume oben, Badezimmer unten. Die Treppe sehr eng, so dass wir fĂŒr unsere Hunde immer die Außentreppe nutzen mussten.

Schöne Wohnung in der NÀhe zum Strand

Die Wohnung ist neu, sauber, gut eingerichtet und liegt gĂŒnstig. In dem Haus wurden laute Handwerksarbeiten (Beseitigung Wasserschaden ???) durchgefĂŒhrt, allerdings erst ab 9 Uhr. Die Handwerker warteten so lang, super! Zwei kleinere Mankos: Der Balkon war nicht wirklich gemĂŒtlich und in der Beschreibung bestimmten die Zimmer und Ebenen-Anzahl nicht. Im beschreibenden Text und in den Fotos wurde die Situation (steile Wendeltreppe)allerdings korrekt wiedergegeben.

Schönes Appartment in StrandnÀhe

Nur etwa 100 m vom Strand entfernt war das Appartement der ideale Startpunkt fĂŒr unseren Corona-Kurzurlaub. Einziges Manko: leider lief anfangs die Dusche schlecht ab, was aber der Installateur am ersten Werktag behoben hat. Und der WĂ€schestĂ€nder auf dem Balkon hat die besten Tage bereits hinter sich. Ansonsten ein prima ausgestattetes Appartement mit allem drin, was man im Urlaub braucht. Von den Nachbarn hat man nichts mitbekommen. Besonders hat uns der zur Wohnung gehörende Strandkorb gefallen. So hatte man eine feste Anlaufstelle und immer einen freien Platz am Strand. Dieser war in unserem Abschnitt erfreulich leer, da Kurtaxenpflichtig. Trotz Corona-EinschrĂ€nkungen ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Alles wunderbar außer...

... die Reinigung war wirklich schlecht. DafĂŒr das man wegen nem Hund mehr zahlen muss ist es schon enttĂ€uschend das KrĂŒmel und kaffeeflecken vom VorgĂ€nger auf dem Tisch zusehen waren. Außerdem waren auf dem Sofa noch die PfotenabdrĂŒcke und Fell zusehen woraus ich schlussfolger das das Sofa nicht mal abgesaugt wurde... das is schon schwach wenn man ne extra GebĂŒhr fĂŒr eine spezielle endreinigung aufgrund des Hundes verlangt.! Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden!!!! Man konnte den Strand in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen und den Hundestrand in 10min was absolut super ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr sehr schön eingerichtet und entspricht genau den Bildern. Trotz des kurzen schrecks wegen der mangelnden Reinigung werden wir sicher wieder kommen da alles andere 100% ĂŒberzeugt.!

Tolle, saubere Wohnung mit gut ausgestatteter KĂŒche und großem, modernen Bad in ruhigem Haus. Die Wohnung ist modern und funktional eingerichtet um ein paar schöne Tage an der Ostsee zu verbringen. Kurzer Weg zum Strand und zum BĂ€cker sowie weiteren Restaurants. Parkplatz ist direkt hinter dem Haus verfĂŒgbar.

Schöne Wohnung in StrandnÀhe

Sehr schöne gerĂ€umige Wohnung. Strand, BĂ€cker, Supermarkt und Restaurants sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Leider wurde vergessen die Wohnung zu reinigen, so das der erste Eindruck etwas betrĂŒbt war. Die Reinigung wurde aber zĂŒgig nachgeholt. 2 Kritikpunkte: Auf dem Balkon wucherte das Unkraut aus den Fugen und die Wohnung wird bedingt durch die DachschrĂ€gen bei Sonneneinstrahlung sehr warm.

Wir hatten dort einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Sehr gerĂ€umige und helle Wohnung. Einzig die Wendeltreppe in das OG.zu den Schlafzimmer war gewöhnungsbedĂŒrftig. Kommen gerne wieder.
