Welcome to the 3-room, non-smoking vacation apartment "C02-1,"<br><br>. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has an east-facing terrace. From here, you’ll enjoy a view of the greenery. The inner bedroom has a bunk bed (80 cm x 190 cm), and the other inner bedroom has a double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm). The small kitchen is fully equipped and has a serving hatch leading to the dining/living area. The bathroom with shower is located inside the apartment. To access the apartment, you must go down a flight of stairs.<br><br> Please bring your own bed linens and towels.<br> All of our properties are non-smoking.<br> Wi-Fi is not available.<br> Barbecuing is not permitted anywhere in the apartment complex.<br> The swimming pool is closed for 3 weeks in the fall!<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> The Panoramic apartment complex in Sierksdorf is located near the beach on the Bay of Lübeck and offers the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea. The complex features 1- to 3-room vacation apartments for up to 4 people, spread from the first floor up to the 18th floor, easily accessible by elevator or staircase. The elevator goes up to the second-to-last floor; some apartments on the upper floors are accessible only via the staircase. All vacation apartments feature a balcony or terrace, many of which offer wonderful ocean views. <br><br>The complex combines beachfront living with the natural charm of the Baltic Sea: Between spring and late summer, swallows occasionally nest in the upper balcony areas. These protected animals are part of the natural environment; the balconies, of course, remain available for use. <br>Please note that the apartment complex is not wheelchair accessible<br><br>A great perk: Admission to the heated indoor swimming pool at the Panoramic complex is included for our guests during opening hours.<br>There is a playground right on the premises, and the tennis court can be used for a fee. <br><br>Shopping options are about 2 km away in the town center, and dining options are just 400 m away. The fine-sand natural beach is only 350 m away, and both the Sierksdorf train station and the popular Hansa-Park amusement park are about 500 m away. <br><br>The Panoramic apartment complex in Sierksdorf is ideal for families, active vacationers, and those seeking a relaxing Baltic Sea getaway alike.
