Quiet, well-maintained, former farm, single farm, 3 km to the city center, 1.2 km shopping center, 8 km to the beach. Sauna and solarium with relaxation room, table tennis room, barbecue area, campfire, football field, pony riding, petting animals. Barn party in summer. Bread service. Pick up from the station Eckernförde. 3 apartments, 2 double rooms and 1 apartment. Very angler friendly, freezers and large sink for gutting and washing available. Boats with trailer can be parked in the yard
