The cottage

Our spacious and quiet modern apartment 75sqm is located on the ground floor of our private house with stunning views of the beautiful Flöhatal.

It offers a large living room 22sqm with sofa area (incl. Sleep function for the 4th and 5th Person) and a separate dining area as well as a modern wall unit with 32 inch Smart TV. Directly to the living room is the modern kitchen 16sqm with dining area, fitted kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher. Of course, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and other useful kitchen appliances to comfortable equipment. To the kitchen is the bedroom 16sqm. Here you will find a large double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a sofa bed. Adjacent to the hallway are the two bathrooms, the first with bathtub, vanity and elec. Underfloor heating, the second bathroom with shower, washing area and toilet.
The apartment is complete with electr. Blinds equipped.
You park your car comfortably directly at the apartment and use the separate driveway, from which you also enter your garden. A large lockable storage room 20qm for motorcycles, bicycles, etc. located in the annex. We also have 2 26 inch women's city bikes and a 28 inch men's city bike for you.

The toy village Seiffen, Pobershau, the mountain towns of Freiberg, Marienberg and Annaberg are at our gates.

With the museum ensemble "Saigerhütte" in Olbernhau-Grünthal, Olbernhau has a worldwide unique complex of historic facilities and buildings of non-ferrous metallurgy. Therefore, the "Saigerhütte" is a selected site for the proposed candidature to the UNESCO World Heritage Montanregion Erzgebirge.
Our museum on the market designed with great attention to detail tells above all about the variety of ideas, the diligence and the craftsmanship of the inhabitants of our region.
The city center of Olbernhau with its diversely designed old town houses invites not only to stroll, it also offers a variety of interesting shopping.
The Saxon-Bohemian Erzgebirge Ridge is a paradise for hikers and cyclists. Start directly from our apartment by bike or on foot in the untouched nature of the Erzgebirge. Winter sports enthusiasts will find in the ski region Mittleres Erzgebirge one of the largest ski resorts in the Ore Mountains. The snow-sure ridge offers a very good trail network.
