Welcome to our modern condo in Swiss Mountain at Seven Springs Mountain Resort— the perfect weekend getaway for couples, young families, or friends! A great home base for all of your Laurel Highlands and mountain adventures!

**Resort Activities**

The main lodge at Seven Springs provides a variety of four season family fun, including skiing, snowboarding, terrain parks, and tubing, an indoor and outdoor pool, spa, restaurants, hot tubs, an arcade, mini golf, bowing alley, axe-throwing, live music, and plenty of seasonal festivals. Renting our condo during ski season includes FREE access to a locked, private, slopeside locker to store your ski gear within a private locker room, which includes shared picnic tables and private bathrooms. In summer months, enjoy hiking or mountain biking.

**The Kitchen**
The kitchen at the condo is fully equipped for a night of cooking in, on the outdoor grill, in the convection oven, or on the stovetop. It also includes a microwave, blender, Keurig (K-cups of coffee and ground coffee INCLUDED), and coffee grinder with a full-size fridge and freezer for your convenience. Prefer to take a vacation from the kitchen? You’re just a short drive from area restaurants!


**The Community**
Enjoy our condo’s private deck mountain view in the winter and tree-lined backyard in the spring/summer. The neighborhood includes a seasonal heated community pool, which is a short walk across the parking lot.

**Accommodations**
Cozy up with a movie in our queen bedroom at the end of the night or enjoy the electric fireplace in the living room. Need additional sleeping space? The living room converts into a versatile second sleeping area with one couch featuring a pull-out queen bed and the other expanding into a bunk bed! The kitchen table also expands for additional seating up to 6 with the included bar stools.

**Smart Home Technology**

Easy check-in/out using our smart lock system and adventure in peace knowing your valuables are protected by community security. The condo is fully equipped for streaming and working remotely on WiFi. *NEW* heating & AC throughout provides year-round comfort!

**Local Adventures**

Want to adventure out from the resort? The Laurel Highlands region provides unlimited outdoor activities, including hiking, biking, kayaking, and white water rafting at surrounding state parks including Laurel Hill, Laurel Ridge, Kooser, Laurel Mountain, Linn Run, Ohiopyle and the Laurel Highlands Hiking Trail! Carve some corduroy at Epic Pass sister ski resorts, Laurel Mountain & Hidden Valley. Hit some greens at Highlands Golf, Hidden Valley, Ligonier Country Club (private) or several other local golf courses. Target shoot at Highlands Sporting Clays. If adventure isn’t your speed, relax at Glades Pike Winery or enjoy nature at Bear Run or Powdermill Nature Reserve. More of a history buff? Look no further than Frank Lloyd Wright’s Falling Water, Fort Ligonier, Quecreek Mine, and Flight 93 National Memorial.
