This was a perfect stay! Weather was cooperative on top of a great rental. Location and ski in/ski out was very convenient. Unfortunately the lift right outside our stay was out of commission, but it was a very short walk to the next one. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, cups, utensils, a crock pot, insta pot, keurig and drip coffee maker. The rooms were cozy with plenty of high quality blankets and multiple space heaters for the chilly nights. Televisions in all of the rooms. The hot tub was used every night and morning by someone in the group. Fred was very kind and quick to respond. The windy weather had the pilot light go out in the fireplace and he responded with a very informative video on how to restart it and offered to come show us in person if we didn’t feel comfortable lighting it ourselves. Fred also provided baby gates and a pack n play for the little ones in our party. The large table was perfect for our nightly dinners and game night. The stay was safe, comfortable, family friendly, and in an optimal location. Our families would 100% stay here again.

Host was super helpful and quick to respond when we needed help with the fireplace. Slopeside is great BUT we were there when that slope was not open BUT it was an easy walk to a slope that was. We really enjoyed the little Christmas tree and it being lite.

We loved everything about our stay! The house was warm and welcoming with rustic and modern decor, comfortably fit our family, very clean and everything we needed! It was clear that a lot of attention is given to the details of this home. I highly recommend this property and plan to stay again in the future!

We stayed the weekend during AutumnFest at Seven Springs. The property was lovely, shuttle service to the festival was incredible. We hiked each morning and walked around Lake Tahoe. Excellent location!!!!!Property owner was great to deal and very responsive. Loved the hot tub and ease of walk out deck. Pet friendly and one of the best family weekends we have had in years.

This is a fantastic house and a fantastic neighborhood! We were looking for a place that could accommodate 12 of us who were looking to meet up in the Laurel Highlands area. This house is exactly like the listing says - with very comfortable and spacious rooms. The kids had a blast. The kitchen was very well stocked and the community pool was fun to hang out in as well. Fred was very responsive. All in all, highly recommended!

Lovely condo for a family vacation!!!

The condo is beautiful with a private hot tub right on the porch, a pool about 2 blocks away, & a ski lift right beside the back of the condo! The condo was very clean & had all of the kitchen amenities to cook a meal for your family. I highly recommend this rental!

We loved this place! The place was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Fred was very fast when responding to messages. The heated pool within walking distance was very nice. The front door shuttle service to the resort was extremely convenient. We will definitely be back.

4th of July weekend

Fred was an amazing host and very communicative. We had a great stay with family over the 4th of July. There was plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen was stocked really well which was an added plus!

Sweet Slopeside Spot

Very clean, well-stocked place, with great amenities and location. Enjoyed fireplaces, hot tub, spacious bedrooms and baths, kid toys, and being able to walk out to slope and lake. Had fun on the slopes, day trip to Ohiopyle to bike on a warm spring day, Laurel Hill Park hikes, and more. Cool neighborhood, and we were one of the only people around.

Ski Trip 2025

Our group of 8 adults head to Seven Springs once a year for a ski trip, and this was - by far - our favorite place to stay! Convenience is unmatched, and the property is very well cared for. The property manager was easy to reach via text to answer questions. The ski out access is fantastic, and the place felt like an home rather than a rental. Everyone really enjoyed the stay!

Great Ski In / Ski Out

This place is great and the location is awesome in Southwinds, right on the slope. Although the weather didn’t cooperate and the Southwinds lift was broken down, we made the short walk across the neighborhood to the main slopes.

Birthday ski weekend

Our family of 8 adults and 3 grandsons ages 8 months, 20 months and 2 years was so nice. The house was in the best location with skiing right outside our door. We had plenty of room and it was well equipped with everything we need to make our stay amazing. We are looking forward to coming back next year!

Great home, perfect location!

Fred’s house was great for my girls weekend. The home has everything you need including a coffee maker and keurig which weren’t listed. We had a great time cooking together and going to seven springs for the fall fest. I would recommend Fred’s place for sure

Family Getaway

Our family had a wonderful stay. The owners had everything we needed at the condo to cook family dinners, along with games, and things to entertain the little ones. We were so thrilled with the close proximity to the pool. We are already trying to plan our next trip.

Wonderful place

The property manager was very welcoming. The place was clean, roomy, and lots of things you maybe wouldn't think of bringing in the pantry. We appreciate how easy it was to navigate.

I started this business after moving here. We just couldn’t part with our vacation condo—it held too many special memories and was in the location we knew we wanted to settle in after raising our kids. Around the same time, Airbnb was starting to take off as a real business opportunity.

With my background as a contractor and as a local resident, I knew I could offer guests superior properties and a better overall experience. In life, when something is working, I’ve always believed in leaning in and making the most of it. That’s why it made sense to acquire more high-quality properties and grow from there.
