Washer/Dryer. Nice shades in living room/kitchen. Blackout shades in Bedroom/bathroom. Bathroom marble top sink. Shower with great water pressure. Entry way storage for bike or anything else. Attic storage if needed. Flat screen TV with Roku. Gig WiFi Internet. Central heat/air. 2 pull out futon/beds
