Außerdem verfügt das Haus über zwei Bäder (Dusche/WC und Bad (WC), einer Waschmaschine, und einer gemütlichen Sonnenterrasse, welche zum Verweilen einlädt. Auf dem Bauernhof muht die Kuh, springt das Kalb, meckern die Ziegen, die Hühner gackern, Pony, Hasen und Katzen wollen gestreichelt werden - ein Paradies für Kinder.
