Private: garden, swimming pool angular, heated, fenced (3 x 7 m, depth 120 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, terrace, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Shop 100 m, grocery, supermarket 500 m, restaurant, bar 600 m, bakery 500 m, café 600 m, bus stop "Méditerranée" 450 m, railway station "Perpignan" 20 km, nudist beach 16 km. Sports harbour 3 km, tennis 5 km, minigolf 5 km, riding stable 8 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualand de Port Leucate 5 km, Reserve Africaine de Sigean 41 km, Fort de Salses 20 km, parcours aventure 7 km, Téleski nautique site des dosses 7 km, Spot de windsurf 7 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Etang de Leucate ou Salses 7 km, Lac de Villeneuve de La Raho 28 km. Ferienhaus Villa Ladine

Sehr schönes Haus, schöner Garten, toller Pool, gerade bei viel Wind (ist häufig in der Region) ist der Wintergarten sehr vorteilhaft, die Lage ist TOP und ruig (10 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Hafen/Strand/Ortskern. Leider waren die Matratzen vollkommen durchgelegen.

Excellent séjour dans cette magnifique villa. Tout le nécessaire est présent dans la cuisine, dans les chambres, extérieur, bref une très belle villa. La piscine couverte est encore un plus. L'attention porté par les propriétaires est très gentille. L'ensemble du personnel d'Interhome Le Barcarès est très sympathique et accueillant.

Villa très bien située

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à la villa Ladine. Elle est très bien située et au calme. Que ce soit les commerces, la plage, le port, tout est à proximité. Pas besoin de la voiture. Dommage qu'à cause du covid-19 le soir les glaciers étaient fermés. Il fallait aller à Port Leucate. Nous y reviendrons.
