Located in the East York neighbourhood of Toronto.
Very convenient location. The house is located on a quiet street close to the Victoria Park subway station (5 minutes walking to Victoria park ave.).
Close by to TTC and many stores and restaurants. Located in a very pleasant neighbourhood. Only a few subway stops to downtown Young and Bloor.
Private furnished Main floor unit with separate entrance.
It is a 2 Bedroom Main floor apartment with a separate entrance . one Parking is free on the side driveway of the house.
Free Street parking is also available.
The Main floor is spacious, clean and tidy, with a private bathroom in the unit.
With plenty of natural light and a very quiet and family friendly neighbourhood. One bedroom has a queen size bed. The other bedroom has a 2 twin size beds.
Fridge, Microwave, Gas Cook top stove . Coffee maker, bread toaster, electric kettle, dishes , pots, bakeware, all cutleries and High speed Internet / WiFi is also included.
If you are looking for a convenient location, and a quiet yet comfortable place to relax during your stay in Toronto, this is the right place.
Being a Detached house, there are 2 fully private apartments under one roof.
Both have separate entrances and are fully independent. The only common area is in the basement, if you choose to use our laundry facilities.
There is also a Backyard area that guests are free to access and use.
There are 3 Garbage bins . 1 green bin and 1 Black bin and 1 Big Blue bin for recyclyling which will be shared with the basement guests.
Dish soap and cleaning products, including extra paper towels are under sink or on top of the counter.
Kindly and please leave kitchen how you found it. Please wash dishes and put them away. Thank you!
The washroom cleaning products, laundry detergent, and toilet paper is located under the washroom sink cupboard.
