Residence Pratosaiano Orange / Green

Arco is located in the heart of Garda Trentino. On one side Arco overlooks Lake Garda, on the other it is protected by the mountains. It is renowned as a place of rest and treatment, thanks to the mild climate, clean and healthy air and a panoramic position on the lake.

Pratosaiano is a small fraction of Arco, located 1.5 km from the historic center. The residence is surrounded by a private fenced park and swimming pool. Ideal for families, sportsmen, and for those seeking tranquility and privacy.

The residence is immersed in the greenery of a private park (17,000 m2). The park is fenced and accessed through an automatic gate, you will be provided with a remote control to enter and park your cars. Inside there is a swimming pool, a barbecue area and a beautiful path for your walks. The residence consists of 5 apartments, each apartment has an independent entrance. Pets are allowed only with specific request.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles sehr sauber und auch im Aussenbereich und Pool sehr gepflegt. Ruhige Lage, ab und an nimmt man Geräusche von einer Fabrik in der Nähe wahr.Wir werden uns es auf jeden Fall zum Wiederkommen merken.

Tolle große Wohnung, Pool und Sonne und der Gardasee um die Ecke

Wir waren als Familie mit 4 Personen eine Woche dort und hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Das Domizil liegt unweit von Arco, sehr idyllisch und ruhig in einem privaten eingezäunten Wäldchen. Für das Tor bekommt man eine Fernbedienung und kann kommen und gehen, wann man möchte. Unsere Mädels (8 und 10) hatten jeden Tag viel Spaß im sauberen Pool, welcher auch jeden Morgen gereinigt wurde. Die Wohnung hat alles nötige, was man braucht. Mir war vor allem gestellte Bettwäsche, eine Spülmaschine, Klimaanlage und Waschmaschine wichtig. Die Wohnung ist sauber und hat einen ordentlichen Standard. Wir waren wirklich zufrieden. Kleine(!) Mankos: Austausch (Filter-)Kaffemaschine (gibt wahrscheinlich bald den Geist auf) gegen eine neue und vielleicht ein Staubsauger. Die Inhaber sind sehr nett, wohnen ebenfalls im Domizil und sind jederzeit zu erreichen. Die weiteren Wohnungen waren ebenfalls belegt. Genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig, aber es ging alles. Es war für uns bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal. 5 Sterne sind wirklich angemessen.

Gute Unterkunft für Autofahrer u Aktive

Wir waren im Juli 2023 im App orange-green. Positiv: Sauberkeit gut, kleine Waschmaschine, großer Kühlschrank mit Gefriereinheit, Spülmaschine, Pool gepflegt, Klimaanlagen im Wohnbereich. Betten ok. Kommunikation mit Vermieter top, Außengelände sehr schön Negativ: Duschen im Bodenbereich sehr schimmelig sowie eng u niedrig, Doppelbetten niedrig, Stühle unbequem, Terrasse/Balkon im Flur. Offener Flur wg Metalltreppen sehr laut bei Nutzung. Häufiger Mieterwechsel, Liegen dürfen nicht in den schattigen Garten gestellt werden. Kein Staubsauger u Wischer, nur Besen. Kein Rollo im Bad. Flur/Treppenhaus müsste mehr gepflegt werden. Achtung! Hunde auf dem Privatgelände. Dürfen aber nicht aufs Urlaubsgelände und bellen nur sehr wenig. Restaurant-Empfehlung: Antica Corte, Villa Giara

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer waren sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr schön und wurde auch täglich gereinigt. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Very pleasant stay

We stayed here for 10 days with family of 4 persons. The appartment was very clean. The pool was cleaned every morning. The really big garden had a fence and a very nice view. You can walk 30 minutes with your dog around the garden to complete it. The host's are very friendly. We had a very pleasant stay.
