Welcome to Villa Memory Lake , heated Pool, Jacuzzi, free WIFI

This villa on Memory Lake, built in 2017, leaves nothing to be desired for a dream vacation by the water. The house has 3 bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. From the bathroom adjoining the junior suite you have direct access to the pool area. Through the high sliding glass doors on the entire back of the house you have a magnificent view of Memory Lake. The covered terraces of the pool area can also be reached directly from the master bedroom and the junior suite. The modern kitchen is well equipped, in the utility room between the garage and kitchen you will find a washing machine and dryer for your use. The large living room and the dining room impress with the beautiful, modern furnishings and again the view through the very high sliding glass doors onto the pool area and the Memory Lake. The living room and all bedrooms have TV. The office offers a retreat for those who also have to deal with business matters from their vacation home. The house has internet connection, TV and telephone. The summer kitchen has a gas grill with extractor hood, a refrigerator and a sink. The pool area is provided with a panoramic screen. The large pool with jacuzzi and sundeck invites to extensive bathing pleasure. You can then relax on the comfortable sun loungers on the spacious terrace. This offers a lot of private atmosphere due to the beautiful tropical planting. You will be delighted by the quiet, central location of Villa Memory Lake. In a short distance you will find many restaurants and shops for everyday needs. All BMI holiday homes are fully equipped with bed linen and towels. We look forward to welcoming you to Villa Memory Lake.

Free Wi-Fi 200, Water and TV.
Beach towels, Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella and Cooler are provided.
We welcome you with a starter kit: one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a kitchen roll, a small hand soap in each bathroom, a small disinfectant, dish washing liquid and some dish washing tabs, fresh dishcloths and brushes and enough tea towels.
The rent is valid for an occupancy of up to 4 people. Each additional person will be charged at the displayed price. Children up to 3 years are free.
We charge $0.16 + tax per kilowatt hour for electricity costs. The units are determined on arrival and departure by photo of the electricity meter.
If you are not present at the agreed check-in or check-out time without cancelling, we have to charge $50 for our additional work time.
For insurance reasons we do not rent boats, bikes or kayaks. However, there are numerous rental options. Our on-site team is happy to help.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

This property was everything we hoped for and more. Fantastic lake view from beautiful private pool. The house was very clean and great for spending time with family. Check-in and out was easy. Great location too. Would highly recommend. The owners were very nice as well.

Relaxing and Enjoyable

This was our first time visiting Cape Coral and this property exceeded our expectations. This was a girls trip, so 3 king rooms with separate bathrooms was amazing. The property was clean, had starter supplies, and was well stocked with lots of towels and kitchen items. The location was a good proximity to visit the beach, but we enjoyed the house and view so much we hardly left! Thanks for a great stay!

Time Stood Still

We enjoyed our stay at Memory Lake! It was exactly as advertised, and then some! We spent majority of our time in the pool area! The house was clean, and had great amenities. Amazing Property!

The home was just beautiful...from the layout to the beautiful outdoor space including the pool! We really appreciated the large bedrooms and bathrooms. The office was also very helpful as some had to work remotely during our trip. The property management staff were very attentive ensuring that everything was in order and answering any questions we had. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful home, we had a great stay here. Wasn't a big fan of the in person check in with a lady from the property management company, we had to postpone getting our day started to wait for her arrival, but she was nice when she got there so it wasn't a big deal. Also be aware that you have to pay them for your electric you used during your stay, I got charged 86 after we left which I felt was slightly excessive for what we used, but it is what it is. They were responsive and professional, and the home was awesome. As far as the location, it was perfect for us too. I recommend this home for anyone looking for a beautiful vacation in Cape Coral. We would absolutely stay here again and probably will. Thank you

Beautiful Home and Pool

The house has everything you could ask for. It’s clean, the kitchen is fully stocked, they have a great starter set of toiletries, and the outside pool/jacuzzi/entertaining area was fantastic! We spent the majority of our time poolside. The pool was very warm so if you travel during colder months you will still be able to enjoy it. It truly was one of the best homes we’ve rented.

Loved this house!

My husband, 2 teenage children and myself had a great week at this house! The pool/outdoor area is perfect! We did have a few issues but the property owners were very quick to respond and take care of everything. The house had everything we needed for the week, fully equipped kitchen, pool floats, fishing poles and everything you need for a day at the beach! Would definitely recommend this house to anyone!

Family vacation

It was my first experience with in-person check in for vrbo rentals. And it was amazing. House is perfect. Everything looks the same as on the pictures. All clean, everything there is on the kitchen (even smoothie maker). Totally recommend!
