Waterfront Paradise

We have just added this amazing home to our vacation rentals! On a 200 foot wide canal, this home has amazing views of the water and often dolphins and manatees!

Experience this beautiful Gulf of Mexico access villa close to exclusive Tarpon Point and Cape Harbor Marinas, shops and restaurants. No bridges between this villa and the Gulf of Mexico. You are just minutes by boat to the southern most part of Cape Coral and Tarpon Point Marina where the Caloosahatchee River meets the Gulf of Mexico. Relax at the east facing pool and cook your favorite meals on the grill. Enjoy all the outdoor activities you can while in sunny SWFL.

After you have some fun in the sun, come inside and relax. The villa boasts a large open living room and dining room area. A full wall of glass sliders brings the outside in, opening up the entire living room wall to the heated pool. The guest rooms are separated from the living area to give everyone privacy and time to relax. This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa sleeps 10 comfortably with 3 King size beds, 1 Queen size bed, and 2 single beds. The villa is perfect for larger families or several couples traveling together.
Villa Bellevue is centrally located in the SW Cape Coral area. The villa is close to downtown Cape Coral with its many restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets. You are a short car or boat ride to amazing beaches.

Set up a boat rental right to the dock, no need to go pick up or drop off with our convenient rental program and boat to the many beaches and amazing restaurants near by! We have a 27’ deck boat available through Mike at Cape Coral Charter Boats (239) 244-6963 or he can switch it out for a different size or type.

Perfect house & location

My family (3 generations) recently stayed here and it was absolutely perfect for us. The location couldn’t be better, the house was immaculate and well stocked with towels, kitchen supplies, and everything else we needed. The owners gave us some great recommendations of places to try around town. It was such a good vacation for all and 10/10 would rent this spot again.

Perfect Escape in the Cape

This home was much better in person! Great views of the water on the large canal. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. The house had everything we needed for our week stay. Kathy was amazing and always available to answer any questions. Great location! We look forward to booking this home again in the future.

Spacious Beautiful Property with a great location.

This property is so spacious and beautifully decorated you wouldn’t even need to leave!! But if you do, there are many great restaurants (Fords Garage) just down the road. And the beach is just a short drive away.

Welcoming Home

This home is very warm and inviting! It has all the necessities that are needed for your stay. Beautiful views of the canal and sunrises. Kathleen was awesome to work with and was very responsive to all our questions. The comfortable chairs on the dock made it easy to stroll down and take in the scenery to watch dolphins, manatees and do a little fishing. Very close to a couple of the marina's for shopping or lunch/dinner and very close to the Publix grocery store. We will definitely be returning!

Best vacation!

We had the joy of staying at Waterfront Paradise for 6 weeks. It was one of our best yet. The home is cozy, clean and very comfortable. The location is perfect. We saw manatees and dolphins right at our dock and rented the boat to enjoy with our stay. Kathy is really and truly one of the best hosts you could ask for. She is extremely accommodating and if you need her for any questions she replies immediately. The home is very well equipped. The beds and many pillows made our night sleeps very comfy. The pool was wonderful. We cannot say enough about how perfect this home away from home was. we are definitely coming back next year! Thank you Kathy.

Great Vacation Rental

The home was nice and comfortable. Walking through the front door you have a beautiful view through the family room to the pool and looking out onto the canal. Owners provide paddle boards and pool accessories on site for use. Rented kayaks that were delivered to front lawn. Everyone enjoy being able to tour the canal via Kayaks. Small issue with the dryer and microwave not functioning property but that was minor. overall an enjoyable stay. A VRBO worth visiting again.

SPECTACULAR

This house is perfect and made our stay wonderful. It’s right on the canal with breathtaking water views during the night and day. We rented a boat and had a blast exploring beaches around the areas. I was a little worried that the pullout couch in the office wouldn’t be comfortable as my sister doesn’t have a good back, but it was super comfy! Furniture inside and out are terrific. You could live outside with all their outdoor living space. I rarely give a 5 but this propert deserved it as it exceeded my expectations.

Escape to the Cape

This is a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood in SW Cape Coral that checked all our boxes. It is situated on a canal making it great for boating and also close to all the great restaurants in the area. Our kids enjoyed the pool every day. Owners were great to work with and easily reachable if needed. If I had to think of a negative it would be there were no ceiling fans in the bedrooms making it a little stuffy at night without air moving. However dresser top fans helped that situation. Had a wonderful time and hope to return next year.

Perfect Cape Coral vacation home

Our family of five had a wonderful week in Cape Coral at this lovely home with a perfect location. Close to shopping and restaurants with a walkable neighborhood. This is a spacious and well appointed home with an awesome lanai setup complete with a pool and tons of seating/lounging options. The home sits on the main canal that feeds into the Caloosahatchee River which heads into the Gulf. Beautiful views - spent many mornings and evenings soaking in the sun, and enjoying the breeze and views from the dock. We rented a boat per the owner’s recommendation and it was 100% worth it. Spent a few afternoons on the water and ventured out to the beach side of Sanibel Island where the water was perfect for swimming. Saw many dolphins playing along the way which was a huge bonus. The owner was very attentive and gave us excellent instructions for checking in and leaving. Nice attention to detail, like the beach towels (and toys) by the pool. If you want a nice home on the water in Cape Coral, this is the place to be. We will be back!

Loved this Home

This house was absolutely perfect for our group of five adults. With three very nice sized, and updated bathrooms and 3+ bedrooms, we were all extremely comfortable. The home is very warm and inviting, comfortable, nicely decorated/updated, and has just about anything you would need in your own home. The owner of this property could not have been more accommodating! She returned our inquiries immediately. Any question. Anything that needed to be done. Our stay was to visit family in the Fort Myers area. When they visited, they loved it as much as we did, and asked for the rental information. The view was absolutely wonderful! Wide and converging canal views found us having our morning coffee on the well furnished lanai, watching beautiful sunrises. The pool is large, warm, and also very comfortable. Our family has rented and owned in Southwest Florida for more than 20 years. Staying in this area… I would definitely rent this property again!

Very nice house!

We stayed here shortly after hurricane Ian came through so there was a lot of damage and destruction in the neighborhood and surrounding areas, as to be expected. We were literally just looking for a place to sleep and shower since we were spending our days over on Sanibel cleaning our home over there. The manager and the house were excellent! She had great communication with me and notified me of the pool not being functional due to the hurricane. We were fine with that since we didn’t have time to use the pool anyhow. The house was very nicely decorated with updated furnishings and fixtures. I would highly recommend this home to anybody looking to stay in Cape Coral!

Fabulous Cape Coral Vacation!

The best part of our vacation to me was my family’s reaction when they saw this house. It was wonderful and better than our expectations!!! We explored the nearby beaches of Sanibel Island and Fort Myer’s and also enjoyed spending time at our beautiful VRBO! The Bell’s know how to do things right!!!

The best!

This was our second summer vacationing at the home. We absolutely loved it! The views on the canal are amazing. The kids enjoyed watching dolphins pass, and fishing off the dock. The pool was a great feature. The kitchen is perfect for family dinners. The home is located minutes from a grocery store restaurants. The beach is only a few mins away. We cannot wait for next summer to stay again!
