Welcome home to "Family Time " a newly renovated 4 bedroom home located close to eastfork state park and only 30 minutes to Cincinnati we are located on a State Route Rd . Some features of the home include large jetted Jacuzzi tub for a relaxing bath, new rouku high definition TV in all bedrooms and 65" 4k in living room, large rear deck to spend time with family, also screened in side porch for your morning coffee, master suite bedroom features king bed with high quality mattress and cotton sheets, master bath with rain shower and all new natural tile work, Bedroom 2 is set up for "Paris" stay for some relaxing time the kids will love! Bedroom 3 is setup with Cincinnati Bengals theme. Bedroom 4 is located in the lower level of home and set up for the car lovers with a racing theme the little ones or older family will love this room we be closed to 5 or less guest .The kitchen is fully equipped with lots of countertop space and everything you need to make a great family dinner for up to 10 guests, living room with 65" high definition TV and power reclining Couch for relaxing after a nice day out with the family hiking at east fork state park, only a 5 min drive away the kids can play in the gaming area in the lower level with a vintage style Nintendo system with lots of games built in also enjoy the Air Hockey table with the whole family this is also where the futon Couch is located . (Roll away bed available for small fee for 11th guest) Come check out this home and spend some time with the family! We would love to have your family come stay! (Trash will be picked up during stay sometimes housekeeping will knock and ring door bell before entering this is done between hrs of 8- 9 pm )

Wonderful stay in Batavia

Perfect home for a weeklong stay. The place was as advertised - no surprises. Vicky was very responsive to texts and was a pleasure to deal with. The driveway was a bit daunting at first after the second day it was a non-issue. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone who is interested in coming to this part of the Cincy area.

Overall neat and clean. It was very close to our daughter’s wedding venue. Parking is a little complicated and the driveway is deeply sloped making it difficult to pull in and out. Otherwise good stay.

Great location to Hopes Way Gathering Wedding Venue

The home was perfect for our family of 8 that came in for my son’s wedding at Hopes Way Gathering Venue. It was only a 9 min drive. The home was clean and roomy. The kitchen was stocked with all necessary items to cook meals. Also close to both Amelia and Batavia for shopping and restaurants and only 35 mins from the CVG airport.

Summer getaway 2022

It was a nice place overall. I did not enjoy knowing that there were cameras watching us like we were going to something wrong. We closed the blinds to keep our privacy indoors from the cameras. The house itself was nice. Everyone enjoyed all the room the house had to offer.

1st Impression

The stay was good, and I enjoyed the home. I I was disappointed in the yard, which didn't do the house justice. The grass was just mowed, and you could tell that it was very tall prior. A lot of excess grass all over, and no weed control was done. The house right next door, to be honest, was very creepy and overgrown. Again, it doesn't do this property any favors. Overall, I enjoyed the stay. Jim

We needed a place to sleep ten when my family and my brother's family got together. The kids loved the basement. Everyone loved that they got their own tv in their room. The house was super clean and very cute. Highly recommend!

Mini vacation with grandchildren.

We take our grandchilren on a mini trip every year and just coming back from a trip to Florida we wanted to stay more local so we found this rental which was an hour from our home. Rental was very clean and had everything that our family of ten needed. Beds for everyone. Very comfortable. After a day of sightseeing around Cincinnati and surrounding towns it was wonderful to come back "home" and relax and play games with the family. Enjoyed our stay. Thank you for the hospitality.
