Ubicado cerca de las canchas de tenis, canchas de baloncesto, parque infantil y el famoso paseo marítimo de Wildwood. Este es un gran lugar tranquilo para que disfrute su familia. El área común incluye, gran piscina climatizada, bañera de hidromasaje, área de parrilla de barbacoa, cabaña junto a la piscina, unidad de almacenamiento y 2 lugares de estacionamiento. Great place for families

We stayed at this new resort in August 2010. The property was just as described. It was very clean and well-maintained. There was plenty of room for eight of us and the kitchen was well-stocked. We spent lots of time in the pool and our young children had a great time in the hot tub as well. It took less than five minutes to reach the ocean and beach from this building. I would highly recommend this property to others.

Family vacation

This property is great compared to others. The pool area is big. Hot tub, 2 grills. The condo itself had everything we needed. More than I expected. I brought more than I needed because it was all there. Blender, foil, garbage bags, cookie sheets, tupperware containers, etc. Definitely will stay there again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was perfect for beach and boardwalk. The condo could have been much cleaner and more updated. There were dust bunnies everywhere on floors. Bath mats are not included so make sure you bring your own. Dishwasher sounds like it’s on its way out very loud. Bedroom furniture was quite large to fit my children’s pack n play and crib in.

Reviewer Comments: The property itself is very nice with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a great location only a few blocks from the boardwalk and beach. However the cleaners did a poor job preparing the property for our stay. The floor needed sweeping, the stove was a mess and the bathrooms weren’t cleaned. There is also an obnoxiously loud pickleball court right outside and they start playing at 7am, very inconsiderate

Family Fun at Hialeah 2023

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying at Hialeah. This was our first stay in Unit 202. We had additional family next door in Unit 203. It worked out well for our family being next door to each other. The linens were waiting for us when we arrived. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was odd that 202 doesn't have a pantry like other units. We didn't have a lot of space to store food and beverages. The bunk bed needs some maintenance or replaced. It shakes whenever anyone moved while sleeping and woke the other person up. We had issues figuring out the code to get to the pool and the WiFi password. The info was wrong in the app and the printed materials in the unit. Besides that it was great. Endless hours of entertainment watching people play pickleball and tennis. A quick walk to the beach. There's a great new café with coffee and breakfast on the way to the beach. We love the pool. Definitely one of the bigger pools in the area. You can walk or drive to boardwalk. We would stay here again.

The unit was clean, the bedding was comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. Some things, however, could be improved, the sound of the dishwasher was however very unpleasant and hooks for towels in the bathrooms would be needed as well as blackout curtains in the master bedroom.

We loved the condo and felt there was enough room for the 7 of us to comfortably stay. The condo is in a great location. Very easy to pop up onto the beach and boardwalk. If you have any children with you this is definitely a great location to stay. The only challenge with the unit was the bathrooms have no hooks. Most people like to hang their towels and this made the bathroom slightly frustrating. That’s minor though as overall the condo is beautiful and makes for a great vacation spot!

Hialeah, location, location, location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, easy access to the beach. Our Unit was large and spacious enough for 6 adults and 2 kids. Could use a little updating and more glassware, but plenty of space. It was nice having sheets and towels, the towels are a bit small for the guys though. Pool is great and clean, nice area for everyone to relax, BBQ grills available. Negative- 4:00 p.m. check in is awful, waste of an entire day. The elevator is terribly slow. With everyone checking in and/or leaving, it was terrible. Should stagger these times and fixing the elevator would help, it's soooo slow. All in all, it's a great area in Wildwood Crest. Lifeguard at this section, it's a short walk to the beach, but as everyone knows, the beach is big! Bring the beach wagon. Lots of fun!

Fantastic time at the shore!

The location and amenities at the rental were fantastic. We loved the ease of walking to the beach and the pool was great! The one drawback for our family was the wifi was spotty and the cable didn’t seem to be working in the bedroom. The host was quick to respond and did attempt to fix it. Definitely not a big deal.

Little things mean a lot

Great location, well maintained building with excellent pool. My only issue with our stay was the condo was missing little things that should be there at this price point: NO coffee filters -V style- I left them for the next renter to avoid a 7am trip to ACME), no towel racks in bathrooms, no dishrack, Listing stated supplied linens, towels, toilet paper and paper towels. (8 towels, 3 rolls of toilet paper 1 roll of paper towels FOR THE WEEK? 100 fee? If you say you supply them...then supply them. I would have brought them (another trip to ACME). Hopefully the owner takes this as constructive criticism and addresses the little things their condo is missing and makes it a 5 star rating.

Adequate, But Disappointing

Reviewer Comments: Have been staying down in WW for many many years, usually at Icona or Ala Moana Hotel or similar properties and have also rented vacation properties down in VA beach (Sandbridge, etc.) for years as well. The property's location is perfect, the space was nice, and the unit was relatively tidy when we arrived, but definitely not clean. The fans had layers and layers of dirt on it, the couch/cushions have seen much better days and the floors were swiffered not cleaned. Having to thoroughly clean this unit and wash all the damp and used bath mats, bed coverings, vacuum carpets and put our personal linens onto sketchy pillows, etc. before we could settle in is not the best way to start a vacation, but that's what we had to do. The dishes in cupboards too were sticky and def not clean, so had to run the dishwasher as well. By comparison, when we rent in VA beach they provide commercially cleaned bed linens and towels and the condos are immaculate upon arrival, so was very disappointed upon our arrival at Hialeah 202. The master patio door too didn't lock, which made my wife and I feel vulnerable, but WW is relatively safe so nothing alarming, but it's these kinds of things that collectively demonstrate a lack of attention to detail which isn't too much to expect from a rental property. As guests we should be able to arrive, and settle in immediately upon arrival, not have to clean the place top to bottom before we can settle down. For the price point, Powers Group needs to step up its level of service and attention to detail when cleaning and turning over the units. Finally, we booked this unit because the listing had said that 2 of the 4 bedrooms had 2 beds each, which was perfect for the sets of siblings/children in our group. A few weeks before arrival we were told that one of these rooms now had a Queen instead. We were sold a false bill of goods to begin with and had to figure out sleeping arrangement for siblings with one less bed at the last minute. Not cool.
