Mountain refugio comfortable house in nature, near coast

Visit us at the end of a small village in the green heart of the mountainous Gorski Kotar, where you can enjoy the untouched nature of Croatia.
Our house is located on the southern slope with a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills, pine forests, fields and small villages in the distance.



Our house is very comfortable and it extends over three levels. The house is ideal for one or two families with children.
The main entrance is on the middle level. Through the entrance hall you enter the spacious kitchen, which is connected to the dining room and living room with the fireplace. Near the entrance there is also a wardrobe and a bathroom.
The kitchen is well equipped, with all necessary appliances and has direct access to the outside area for barbecue and leisure.
On the top floor there are two large bedrooms with double beds and an extra bed. Of course, there is also a spacious game room with a pool table, TV, internet and many board games. In the games room there is a sofa that can be extended for two people. On this level there is a bathroom.
On the ground floor we have the sauna and a relaxation room with a fireplace and a sofa that can sleep two. Through the veranda you reach the outdoor area, where you can enjoy the hot tub or the natural pond. There is also a sun terrace. The shade on the lawn is provided by the old walnut tree.
There is also a large garden with old plum trees, different shrubs and flowers.
In front of the house there is a parking space for several cars.

We will be here to greet you in person, but we will not stay in the house with you.
If you wish, we are happy to organize local domestic organic products such as bread, eggs, cheese, seasonal fruits ...
If you are interested, we can also help you organize some rafting or kayaking family outings, horse riding, paintball and so on. Just ask.

Bed linen and towels are provided.
Safety and privacy for our guests is important to us, the house is equipped with an alarm system and the outside is video-monitored. We invite you to use everything in the house: The kitchen is well stocked.
In the winter season, chopped wood is provided for heating.


Located on the edge of a small village, the location offers seclusion with an amazing panoramic view of the surrounding forests and mountains. Directly under the house, a path leads either to the nearby mountain slopes or to the forest or downhill to the small town of Moravice.
Ideal for short walks, longer hikes or mountain biking.
