The well-kept white sandy beach is only a stone's throw away and the garden directly in front of your separate entrance door. You will find peace and comfort in the quiet, lovingly and modernly furnished, cozy little apartment. On the very private, sunny garden terrace, teak garden furniture and a grill are available, as is another garden seat for breakfast in the sun. From the terrace you step straight into the bright kitchen with a large table, a cozy kitchen bench and a wicker chair. There is also a fully equipped small kitchenette here. In the quiet bedroom you will find another seating area with 2 comfortable armchairs for reading or watching TV. There is also no space for a children's travel bed here. There is also a shower room and a small hallway in the apartment. Free internet access. 1 bike for shopping is available and plenty of space for your own bikes, surfboards etc.
Whether for two - ideal also with a small child because of the proximity to the beach and your own terrace and the garden in front of the door - in the small ground floor apartment or six in the large upper floor apartment with the view of the sea, which is also located in the house - both domiciles are clearly and lovingly furnished. The close proximity to the beach makes the quiet location of this typical North German old villa even more attractive - and there are no parking fees, because your cars are of course free of charge in front of your apartment on the private property. To the lively center you can walk 10 minutes along the beach promenade or along the elegant park street or simply take the bike that is available to you during your stay '- very popular in the morning from the bread roll picker ... Golfers can reach an attractive 27-hole course etc. in 5 minutes.

There is also enough space for bicycles, prams, surfboards, etc. on our property.
Arrival: Coming from Berlin, take the A19 towards Überseehafen, then through the Warnow tunnel (toll!). After approx. 1 km turn right towards Warnemünde, at the end of the city motorway on the 2nd Turn left at the traffic lights towards Bad Doberan (shopping facilities can already be seen here). At the next traffic light turn left into Parkstraße (parallel to the Baltic Sea). After approx. 800 m you will find number 43 on the left. --- Or: Coming from Hamburg, take the A20 to the Rostock West / Warnemünde exit. Follow the highway into the city highway until the end. On the 2nd Turn left at the traffic lights towards Bad Doberan ... s. O.
If you arrive by train, we will of course be happy to pick you up by car. The bus goes 200m from our front door in short directions in all directions.
