Hi! We are sorry you found the bed "squeaky". We have not had that complaint before, and we did report it to the owner, who also did not notice it. After your stay, we had our staff try to replicate it, so that we could figure out if a repair was needed, but they were not able to do so. We also address propane in our check in instructions.  Over the last 15 years with numerous units, what we have found with propane is that if we leave a "spare" full tank at a unit, they disappear.  Further, if we replace the tank at each turn, we are throwing away too much propane, so we developed the policy to notify guests in the check in instructions that we will reimburse the charge to replace it with the receipt.  We did reimburse your propane, as soon as you were able to send us documentation.
