Stayed here during the 2026 fall Rod Run. Very clean and cozy room, with anything you would need and plenty of space so it didn’t feel cramped at all. The valve for the price is on point. Excellent location just off the main strip. Short distance from just about everything.

This is a wonderful property that has a centralized location to everything in the area. It is private. It is clean, especially in comparison to neighboring hotels. Heat and air both work great. We will definitely be back!

Our host was great about answering questions! The location was good to be close to everything in pigeon forge. The bathroom was nice and updated. Everything looked very clean! They didn’t have salt and pepper though, so bring your own! Overall, a good stay!

When we arrived there was a large bug in the living room floor that was alive. Once we killed that we walked to the bedroom to find another small bug under the pillow, a bug squished and smeared in the wall. We pulled back the sheets to find a clump of hair, brown stains, and stains on the pillow cases as well. We ended up leaving and not staying there at all. The owner returned our cleaning fee which is helpful but we still lost a lot of money and then had to book another place to stay. The owner did offer to find us a different unit but that was not until the next morning after we had already booked a place the day before so that we would have somewhere to stay after finding that. I would not recommend this property.

Last minute deal was great, my husband and I decided on Tuesday to come down on Saturday for our anniversary. The condo is exactly as advertised, very clean and comfortable. Perfect for a couple, or family with babies or young kids. The bed is comfortable, which is rare in a lot of rentals. The ceiling fans work great and were very appreciated! It’s a very convenient location to the parkway, the Island, Publix, go cart tracks and so much more. The only upgrades I would suggest are more towels and wash rags for the bathroom.

Condo was very clean and close to all attractions and shopping. Check in process lacked in communication, did not receive instructions on how to get into unit before we arrived. Had to call a couple of times before getting someone to return my call. Once I was able to talk to the host she was very nice and helpful, would give her a five star rating. Unit is tucked a block off of main road through Pigeon Forge, not much of a view of mountains. Parking was very good. Other than the minor issues as mentioned above it was a good value.
