Come enjoy the tranquility! Near many activities for all ages: outlets, childrens aquarium and petting zoo, sky diving. If you're are looking for a clean and quiet getaway, our house will be perfect for you. All the bathrooms are renovated. Our backyard and spacious patio overlooks a canal that leads to the Long Island Sound. BBQ grill and firepit on premises.

Riverhead Tanger Outlets: 20 min.
Long Island Sky Diving: 12 min.

An absolute lovely home that had everything we needed. It was peaceful and we enjoyed the outdoor space as a family. The host was amazing and the communication was excellent. We will definitely stay here again.

Such a charming house on the water! We stayed here to visit family and it was in the perfect location. House was immaculate and had everything we needed. Games and outdoor area were great. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice house with a lovely backyard and lots of chirping birds. Beds were comfortable and the entire house was clean.We were there for a sad family event amd waking up to seeing ducks and swans was a welcome surprise.

Stayed for a family vacation and spend time with other relatives who live in Mastic. The location was great. Canal gave us access to the water, able to bring small boat to the house from Senix Marina. Very close to stores and restaurants. House was very clean, spacious and met our needs. The deck was spacious and comfortable for cooking out. The mattresses on the beds and the living room furniture were too firm for our liking. Host was very pleasant and responsive. All in all, everyone had a great time and enjoyed our stay. We would stay again!

My family and I loved our stay at this charming house on the water. We were visiting family in town and this was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We especially loved the children’s books and toys that were available, we were traveling with my 16 month old. They had everything we needed in the kitchen, extra towels and blankets, etc. Our only complaint was that the mattresses weren’t comfortable. The primary bedroom can definitely fit a king size bed. Besides that, we were very happy and would definitely there again. Close and convenient to Center Moriches town (walk to Montauk Highway) and a close drive to Westhampton and the surrounding towns. Thank you!

What a great find for our stay in Long Island! House is amazing and wish we would’ve had more time to enjoy the deck and sitting on the dock. We would definitely stay again if we are ever back in LI.

My Wonderful Family Stay!

My stay at this residence was very welcoming for my family and I. Everything was easy accessible and spacious. The backyard was gorgeous and relaxing. In addition to that Diana, was attentive and quick with her responses. Check in and check out was a breeze. Overall we had a lovely time and will most definitely be booking again.

Perfect for our family

I was very pleased with this property; beautiful views and near the water. Amenities were perfect and house was very spacious. And modern. The host even let us arrive early which was perfect for our thanksgiving prep. I was very grateful and I will definitely be renting this property again.

Great House

We stayed at this property because we were attending a wedding in West Hampton. The location was great. The house was very clean and provided everything we needed. It also has a spacious deck with grill and fire pit. If I had to criticize one thing it would be the mattress on the beds were very uncomfortable. But I would stay there again.

Great location!

Super cute home in a quiet neighborhood. Has a great backyard with deck and it’s on a canal! Third and fourth bedroom are technically a large double room so make sure family and friends are comfortable sharing. Great room for young kids though! Master bedroom is large with a beautiful bathroom. Great living room with lots of seating. Owner is super responsive. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Great Central Location

Our group enjoyed our stay. The house was centrally located which allowed for ease to shopping, parks, the beach, and a day trip over to Montauk. The house was gorgeous and spacious for our group of three. We loved the deck overlooking the creek in back of the house with ducks. It was very tranquil and a great stress reliever, since we were all business executives wanting a nice holiday getaway. There is even an occasion rabbit that will pass through the back year. We highly recommend it. The host was very responsive as well to our questions.

Visited for a family reunion. Was with several adults and 2 kids ages 2-5. Pros: location was in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The beach is a few minutes away, but it’s the bay and kind of yucky. Kids had fun finding hermit crabs! Close enough to stores for the things you need. House was spacious, large quiet dishwasher, big fridge. Host was very nice and easy to get a hold of. House was pretty clean- no smell at all, which I appreciate. Cons: house had bare minimum necessities. Bare minimum linens- extra flat pillows, few extra pillow cases. No extra sheets. Minimum necessary towels for 8 people. Advertised as ‘close to the beach”, but no beach towels or beach gear of any kind (which is a nice bonus, but with everything else was a little annoying.) if we wanted a fresh towel we needed to do a load of laundry first. So we ended up buying and donating beach towels and toys, you’re welcome. Bare minimum furniture- the living room had a couple of couches but it was not comfortable to sit 8 people for lounge time. So, if someone was uncomfortable in their bed, the couch wasn’t an option to take a nap on. Secondary living room had even worse furniture. There were games, but it was bits and pieces of games in boxes that were destroyed. This place is advertised as 4 bedroom, but it’s 3 bedrooms with a large 3rd room with 2 single beds in it and a bunk bed. Everyone slept uncomfortable. Floors were so creaky, woke kids up. Wouldn’t stay here again.
