The charming apartment is already because of the central location an ideal starting point for a great holiday in southern Styria.

It includes a kitchen with fully equipped kitchenette, dining area, sofa and satellite / TV, WiFi, 2 bedrooms, bathroom / WC, cloakroom, direct access to the yard, a sun terrace at the entrance and the many little things that also ensure that you arrive and home is.

Spend some beautiful hours in the garden with the covered vine arbor and the fantastic view to Kitzeck, the highest wine-growing village in Europe.

Traditional South Styrian wineries with Buschenschank are within walking distance in a few minutes.

If you want to be pampered with a special breakfast or dinner, it is only a few minutes walk to the castle tavern in the neighboring castle Seggau.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Karin und waren mit unserer Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden. Alles haben wir wie beschrieben vorgefunden und verlebten mit unseren drei Kindern einen sehr schönen Urlaub Nähe der süßen Stadt Leubnitz. Wir kommen gerne wieder ! Schöne Wohnung, schöne Umgebung

Bis auf Kleinigkeiten war alles ok, sehr freundliche Vermieter. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe, einkaufen kann man im nicht weit entfernten Leibnitz.

Unterhaltsame und aktive Gäste, die meistens fußläufig unterwegs waren und das vielfältige Angebot an Wanderwegen ab dem Ferienhof nützten. Es ist uns ein Anliegen dass die Gäste sich wohlfühlen. Sollten wir etwas verbessern können, sind wir dankbar für jede Anregung.

Sehr nette und angenehme Gäste. Seit vielen Jahren teilen wir unseren schönen Platz am Seggauberg mit Gästen aller Altersgruppen. Um unsere Erreichbarkeit zu erhöhen sind wir seit Monaten auch auf verschiedenen Portalen buchbar, die unterschiedliche Servicegebühren aufweisen.
