Welcome to our new apartments, which are in a very good position. In a few minutes walk everything is within easy reach. Knitted center is just 250 meters from the house. The first beach is also only about 250-300 meters from the house, about 3-5 minutes walk. You are in the center and have everything you need in the vicinity (about 300m) - a bakery, markets, restaurants, cafes and of course beaches :). Although you are in the center, the surroundings and the location are very very quiet. Secure public parking spaces (6 € per day) for your vehicles are not far from the accommodation (about 300 m) if there is no parking directly on the street.
The big advantage of this holiday home is the location of the property. From here you can easily reach almost everything in the city within a few minutes on foot. You do not need the car at all!
The house is located in a quiet area of ​​Crikvenica and very close to the knitted center with beautiful beaches, fresh food shops, restaurants with good food and fresh fish, the aquarium, the nightlife and other tourist attractions that guarantee a great holiday.
Crikvenica is tourist pearl on the famous Kvarner Riviera, known for its unspoiled nature, beaches and crystal clear sea. We are sure that you will find something for yourself from a variety of contents, folk customs, natural beauties and excellent food, so that this holiday will be part of your best memories.

We offer 4 apartments, one large for 8 people (with sea view), one for 6 people (with large terrace and garden) and two are for 4 to max. 5 persons suitable (with sea view).
The apartments are brand new, one is still a construction site.


GOLDEN SEA 4: Vintage

Our charming and vintange brand new apartment has about 110 m2 with a unique terrace and beautiful private large garden. It has two rooms and 2 extra beds in the living room and in the room, so we can offer you a total of 6 beds. The kitchen with dining area is beautiful and very special, which is full of stone and old bricks. For full chilled oxygen, there is also a handmade barbecue and pikado game which you can use as well as sound system for a unique relaxation. The kitchen is very well equipped (pots, frying pan, glasses, cups, dishes, coffee machine etc.) The fridge freezer, as well as microwave are also included. You have a very nice bathroom. The apartment is fully refurbished with carefully selected high quality furniture.
On the large terrace you can all together comfortably z. For example, barbecue (handmade stone grill), have breakfast or just chill out. Thanks to its quiet location, you can relax in the full sense.
UHD Smart TV is also involved with the HBO program. Satellite TV, Wi-Fi access, air conditioning, bed linen, towels, hair dryer are available and are included in the price. Pets are not allowed.
