Bus usage is free throughout the Harz district.

Man sieht das einiges in die Jahre gekommen ist.Parkplätze sind genug vorhanden,direkt vor dem Haus.Wohnung ist aber sonst sehr gut und groß.In der küche fehlte leider so einiges.

Wir haben ein sehr gutes Aufenthalt erlebt. Es war ein schönes Familienwochenende in der Harz. Die Betten sind angenehm, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns fehlten nur Topflappen und extra Geschirrtuchen. Herzlichen Dank

Erfahrung mit Patsch-Ferienwohnung "137B"

- Sauberkeit: Alle Räume waren sauber bis auf die Küche. Dort hat einer der wesentlichen Schränke zur Lagerung von Lebensmitteln sehr gestunken. Der Geruch hat ebenfalls an allen dort gelagerten Brettchen gehaftet und ließ sich nicht abwaschen. - Onlineinserat: Gemietet war das Objekt mit 2 Badezimmern und 3 Schlafzimmern (explizit). Genau so war es inseriert und dafür haben wir einen fixen Preis bezahlt ohne Angabe von Personen. Da unsere beiden Freunde Bruder und Schwester waren haben sie Einzelzimmer bevorzugt und genau nach dem Kriterium haben wir gebucht. Die Inhaberin hat uns jedoch ein Badezimmer und ein Schlafzimmer verschlossen und dafür extra Geld gefordert da wir nur 4 sind und die extra Zimmer nicht unbedingt brauchen, beziehungsweise sie die ja extra später putzen muss. Später gab es einen Kompromiss und das Schlafzimmer war umsonst, aber das Bad hat extra gekostet. - Als wir die Wohnungen ausgesucht haben, war uns die Option unsere Wäsche zu waschen wichtig. Wir waren uns alle sicher, dass hier auch in den Details ebenfalls eine Möglichkeit zur Wäsche gelistet war. Zumindest gab es diese nicht und auf Nachfrage war die Antwort: "Kann nicht sein, haben wir nicht". Als wir später nochmal online nachgesehen haben stand tatsächlich nichts davon drinnen. Ob das inzwischen gelöscht wurde und oder wir uns alle geirrt haben weiß ich nicht, aber Wäsche konnten wir nur in einem 43min entfernten Ort waschen. - Ausstattung: Die Ausstattung ist wirklich nicht gut. In der Küche gibt es eine Minibar statt einem Kühlschrank. Sonst hat die Küche kaum etwas gutes zu bieten und natürlich nur die stumpfesten Messer. Im Wohnzimmer ist der Fernsehr wirklich der kleinste und schlechteste den ich seit langem gesehen habe. Die Farbe, der Ton und die Auflösung waren so schlecht, dass wir lieber zu viert von einem Laptop aus Filme geschaut haben. Aber er hatte zumnindest HDMI ;-) - Lage: Die Verkehrslage ist gut, direkt daneben gibt es eine Bushaltestelle die an alle wichtigen Orte führt und in 10min Fußweg kommt man in die Innenstadt zu Restaurants oder einem Escape Room (der sehr zu empfehlen ist). Aber das große Schlafzimmer liegt direkt an der (viel befahrenen) Straße und die Fenster isolieren nichts. Ruhe könnt ihr dort vergessen. Die anderen Zimmer sind zur Haus Rückseite, dort hört man einen Bach plätschern (wirklich schön).

schöne Familienunterkunft

Die Ferienwohnung entspricht vollkommen den Angaben, sie ist sehr sauber, der Vermieter sehr freundlich, für große Familien bestens geeignet (3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder); sie ist allerindgs auch ein wenig teuer. Für Ausflüge/Unternehmungen: praktisch die Nähe zur Innenstadt; Tip für Familien mit Kindern: der Bürgerpark mit Miniaturenausstellung.
