Mountain Views!
Enjoy great views of the mountains and golf course in centrally located Park Meadows neighborhood. Deer Valley, Park City and Main Street are less than 10 minutes from front door and grocery stores and Park City recreation & gym facilities are even closer. Summer access to outdoor pool, hiking trails and tennis & pickleball courts.
The main level of the home features a large living room with grand fireplace, dining area with seating for 8-10, a well equipped gourmet kitchen, a large south facing deck with private hot tub and a bedroom with mountain views, king size bed and attached bath.
The second level has the primary bedroom, two additional bedrooms and a family room with sitting area, smart frame tv, nook for game table, exercise or extra mattresses and a laundry room. The primary suite has a private balcony with mountain views, king sized bed, walk in closet and ensuite bathroom. The second upstairs bedroom has two double beds and the third upstairs bedroom has a queen sized bed. These bedrooms share a large bathroom with double sinks, shower, separate bath and views.
